I come to this location every Wednesday for my company’s breakfast. It is an overwhelmingly large order. The staff is always so kind and work very hard to have the order ready by 6:20. This is 20 minutes after opening. I can see how intense the line gets for the drive through. They maintain composure and get everyone’s order out hot and delicious. True heroes of the service industry.

This is by FAR the worst BBQ I've EVER had. The "barbeque sauce" literally tasted like tomato paste from a can with a hint of A1 or something. The coleslaw was just flavorless cabbage, the sausage was not spiced. The brisket was ok, but pretty bad flavors and not tender for brisket. The potato salad tasted like cold cardboard. The Mac and cheese wasn't bad, but it's hard to mess that up. My date had the chopped sandwich, which I'm assuming is brisket. And it had NO flavor as well. This is the MOST bland BBQ I've had in my life. As soon as we walked in. There was 1 table. I knew that was a bad sign. We should have left. Save yourselves the trouble if you're from SE Texas. This is NOT barbeque lol. Atrocious.

Paid for 18 tacos. When I got to work and passed them out, they gave me nothing but a tortilla and 1 slice of anemic bacon. For $2! The worst part was their manager Kailee that refused to fix their mistake and replace the order. I will never use them again. I was very loyal to them, but her attitude was shocking and she clearly doesn’t care about her customers.Thank you for your response Bill Millers, but I want to be clear. I tried the correct path for help. Called the manager immediately. Treated terribly. Submitted a complaint online with contact info (which clearly states someone would contact me in 24 hours, but still nothing 72 hours later), and called and left a message at corporate and still nothing 72 hours later. Responding to social media doesn’t count. Sorry.

Our company had ordered several breakfast tacos from Bill Miller BBQ, and every single taco looked like the picture attached. Bacon breakfast tacos only had one strip of bacon, the brisket only had brisket in it, and the sausage only had sliced sausage in it.Of course, even if this was a miscommunication or misunderstanding, we called the restaurant back to see if we could bring these tacos back to have the eggs and cheese added back and the restaurant refused to do so.We were regular customers for Bill Millers, and now we will have to take our business elsewhere because of the service provided today.

The food was very bland. We went on a Saturday evening and can't believe that the place was empty. We were the only ones there and some tables were not even cleaned. Not sure if this bbq chain is still any good I have not tried this at anywhere else.
