Yippee! Finally, the cheese bites!I found them first in Greeley, Colorado, totally addictive ? if you have not had them.. get a bag. I have been asking every Austin one I'd they have them for 4 years. Now you should go get that chocolate dipped cone from childhood like now and a bag of cheese puff bells.. ridiculous. It's okay. I'm 50 and only 128 lbs.. it's exercise, not food.. walk 2 miles every day with your fit bit.. you can eat anytime you want. My favorite ? is DQ once a week.

I asked for a Oreo M&M blizzard they gave me a banana and Oreo blizzard then I asked for Eminem and Oreo blizzard and then gave me banana and Eminem blizzard. Do not recommend coming here.

They consistently mess up the easiest of orders. I hqve gotten one patty on a beltbuster ( 2 patty burger) numerous times. Simple stuff like putting the right ingredients gets messed up alot. The food is usually fresh and it is good when the order is done right.

We went in to buy a birthday cake for our grandson and also got two blizzards. The employees were friendly and helpful.They wrote happy Birthday and child's name on cake. Asked if everything was okay. We will return.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Even though there were no other cars in the drive-thru & only 1 or 2 possible "inside costumers", we had to pull to the front & wait for our food. 1 large steak finger basket, 1 medium chicken finger basket, & 1 large blizzard. My husband had literally just had surgery & hadn't had anything to eat in almost 24 hrs, which was why we opted for "fast food". This wasn't the main issue & wouldn't have been a big deal except for the fact the individual who brought out the food, NOT the blizzard, was extremely rude & snooty. We told him we had also ordered a blizzard. He said he'd "go get it from the freezer". Huh? When he returned we couldn't believe the size! My husband questioned whether or not he had brought the correct size as it was EXTREMELY SMALL. It cost almost $7 & appeared to be around 12 oz. He said it that was all he was getting for $7, he didn't want it. The employee stated he needed the receipt & the credit card to process the return. In other words, we'd be stuck there even longer & who knows how much longer...so we left. But before we pulled away we asked for the manager & he said "I'm the highest person here/ manager on duty". Do what?!?!? He then said we could contact the owner if we had any issues with the pricing because the owner was the one who decided how much each item on the menu costs. Why wouldn't "you" do the simplest & right thing to do at the time in order to satisfy your costumer, like offer to remake the blizzard & this time put it in the CORRECT cup? Offer an additional small bluzzard? Coupon towards a future visit? Comp the meal? The list goes on....We are quite certain the wrong size was made/brought out. (We verified the size of the cup/how many oz's it held, after we got home.) To top things off, the food was TERRIBLE! The steak fingers were soggy/"limp", the fries were also disgusting & portions were small. We paid over $30 for bad service, gross food, & terribly small portions. We had take out food from this exact same location about 2 weeks ago & the difference in the food AND the service was like night & day. Not only that but we received more food, (2 large steak finger baskets (with a lot of fries) & TWO large beverages for less than $30. Explain that to me...In case you haven't figured it out, no, I would not recommend this "fast food restaurant", based on this visit alone.

Ice cream here is great. You can customize your sunades if you'd like. My customized banana split was excellent!Like other DQs, this location has soft serve chocolate ice cream. I suggest trying this in your next ice cream treat.The employee I interacted with was friendly and engaging.  He made me feel like a valued customer.
