Use to be a great place to eat and reasonably priced. Now it has poor service and overly priced food. ?? As well as loud music to where you can’t even hear the server or the people you’re sitting with. Also takes them at least 5-10mins to bring drinks to the table. Waited over 30min for a bar drink while looking at it at the bar while it watered down

They don't take reservations so we waited an hour for a table for 9. Lots of open tables but evidently they're having trouble finding people who want to work. We enjoyed a Margarita in the bar area while we waited. We were seated on time and were greeted with chips and dos salsas. There was a lady singing in the main dining room and she really had the pipes. Talented! We ordered dinner, talked, laughed and enjoyed the singing. Food was brought out together, all hot and delicious. Portions are plentiful and priced reasonably. Every staff member we saw were really hustling. They even came out and sang to the Birthday Girl! Thanks Dos Salsas!

When someone walks in mad as can be from another restaurant, it is easy to upset them more or make them very happy. Service and patience was top notch as I stared at the menu I have never seen. Server made an excellent recommendation. Which I got. I have not even tried the food yet, but the service alone would bring me back.

I'm not even sure how many different menu items I've had at this point, definitely more than a dozen. I have yet to have a dish that isn't delicious. This has easily become my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Austin area.I visit fairly regular, at least once a week & I guess I've been labeled a "regular" considering the fact my beverage order is known before I ask for it. Absolutely love the food, the staff & the atmosphere! Oh yea & the red salsa needs to come with a straw! Can't recommend this place enough, at least the CP location. Best Tex-Mex I've had since moving to Texas (and there's alot of places I'm comparing them to), hands down my favorite Mexican in Austin.

We had friends visiting and we went for breakfast, it was as good as usual ... they loved it. Maria was our server. I left my purse on back of a chair and she ran out to catch us. Now that's service!

Good Food, Awesome Patron Margaritas and Great Service by Victor

Food is ok. Their salsa leaves much to be desired. The karaoke singer was good and charismatic. But the mic balance was off. Service was marginal, though it was a very busy night.

We love Dos Salsas!! You get so much food for the price. I am a vegetarian and they have awesome options for me that are super delicious and not just beans and cheese.

I was a little disappointed. I ordered the shredded chicken chimichanga and the taste was just ok. Plated a little sloppy as well. 14.99 for the chimichanga and a 1.69 extra charge for cheese on top. Add a diet coke for 3.00. Just a little pricy for what you get.

I had my birthday there on Wednesday (11/24), my guest were happy. Food was good.

Like many restaurants, they were/are short staffed. A good portion of the seating was closed off, which caused longer than usual wait time. Our waiter was very pleasant. He forgot a few minor details probably due to being busy. We will visit again.

We had a great lunch at this place to give our visiting friends a taste of TexMex. Keep in mind the potions are huge (Texas size) and can probably be good for two. Also the gratitude of 20% was included for a party of 8. Very tasty and reasonably priced. A little crowded during lunch time and maybe some wait time after 12pm. Recommend.
