I tried Einsteins bagels for the first time and you couldn't get me to go back. The coffee was undrinkable and the bagel was chewy. They literally had one job? The only saving grace was the kindness of the employees.

They got my order wrong, completely missed an item. Failed to mention that when I went in to pick it up(they saw me picking it up from the shelf and i spoke to them about my coffee) Later when I called after seeing the missing, the lady I spoke to was very rude. She said she cannot control the app and can’t give me a refund online and asked me to come down to get a refund. Very rude customer service.

First time in an Einstein's Bagels. Didn't eat this time, but my daughter was happy we came and she's pretty picky about her bagels (she really only likes their cream cheese).

Eistein bagels they don't dissapoint you, especially their spicy Jalapeños bagel, if you like spicy don't even think just get the Jalapeño bagel one with Jalapeño cream cheese, it's the best!!!

Ordered bakers dozen but got only 8. Online app has chocolate chip as few but store manager says they don’t carry but they didn’t replace with any other and gave only 8 instead. Store manager completely irresponsible and says come to the store and pickup the remaining no refund. Never go to this store.

Aggressive window girl. Long wait times. And all for this skimpy bagel and smear. Is this really 3 dollars worth of smear?

I brought my everything bagel loving teen here for lunch a few weeks back and I forgot to leave a review about this experience. Walk in and 4 people are wondering aimlessly. The one at the first register looks at me weird like she was doing drive thru so I went to the next girl standing near a register and ask "Can I order here?" She's like "Yeah.... you can but orders are usually taken over there" points to other register that I passed. Oooooooook. Walk back to the other register and the woman standing there acted like I had inconvenienced her tremendously. I don't know if they were upset I wasn't wearing a mask but I didn't have one, I was doing yard work and on the way back from Home Depot stopped in for a quick lunch. Not that I'm required to explain myself, but people seem to take not following non-existent rules and implied recommendations is a license to treat customers poorly. So, order from Mrs. Attitude and she says pay over there.. AT. THE. OTHER. REGISTER. !!!!! After feeling like a human ping pong ball I resign myself to accepting their commands for the sake of getting this over with as quickly as possible so I can eat my food. I won't be back unless I'm in special need of being treated like an u welcome cockroach.

Drive-thru employee lacked any kind of humor and/or friendliness. She was on the cusp of being outright rude. Food was good but what makes it worth it to return to a business is having good people help you as well as good food. Starbucks is just as busy but always friendly (I went to Starbucks just before getting my bagels at Einstein). From reading the comments left before mine, customer service at this drive-thru has always been a problem that has never been addressed, I guess.

3 stars, I sat in drive through for 15 minutes! They said nothing at the menu so I continued driving forward just to be told I have to get back in the effing line. They could have placed the order at the register and charged me accordingly. There's a will there's a way. They wasted my time that pisses me off. Good food crap service for them.

Ordered online for 1st time. Baker dozen sliced with shmears (website says plain & vegetable). Got baker dozen not sliced, 2 plain smears. No free coffee. Luckily I picked up inside. Caught the shmear but didn’t check the box about being sliced. Asked for the free coffee. SO DRIVE IN SOUNDS NICE, BUT MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER.

Best bagels around but the level of service you receive depends on who is working at the time. If the service was more consistent would be 5 stars.

Very bad experience this morning. Placed our order over the phone and showed up about 15 minutes later. Was told our order was still not ready. Asked about it a couple more times and was told the same. After about 15 more minutes of waiting, another girl finally came over and said "it's right here" to the bag that was sitting in the shelf since I walked in.
