I never tried Jack Allen's until recently, and boy, am I sorry I waited so long! Nice atmosphere, easy parking, wheelchair accessible. Busy, but still gives great service. We've had incredible wait staff! When perusing the menu, I worried there might be too much spice, but I asked my server and listened to her recommendations, and she was right! Instead of all spice no flavor, it was ALL flavor! My personal favorite is the barbacoa eggs benedict, yum!! They also make the absolute best pimento cheese I ever ate! The food is fresh, as I understand, farm to table. They have vegetarian options, too. We had a 4 year old with us. The kid's menu was great, and the servic was quick enough, even during lunch hour, that we were done before her ability to sit quietly was done. I plan on going again real soon!

Everything was pretty good. Service had some lapse, but I don't blame the servers. It was quite busy on a Friday. They likely need to increase service staff. Waitress was great overall!

Server gave us a very bad attitude to start with and quickly changed it up when it was pointed out. Food was mediocre for the price.

Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes are customizable for vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: Good meals for little kids and activity sheets to keep them engaged
Service on a bad day is still better than most places in town. Everything is always great me and my wife have a great time. Best Gourmet burger in town. TIP - If you love chocolate order the Chocolate tort - but Don't eat it when it comes out - wait 5 minutes.

Chicken Nachitos are fabulous! They are listed as an appetizer which several people can share. I just ordered them as dinner, and will probably do it again.

Just ate lunch here today. The drinks (Texas Peach) were delicious. The food, however, was bland and is not a great representation of cherished Texas cuisine. Texas is famous for most items on there menu yet the chef or cooking staff here have found a way to take these classic nostalgic treasures and make them pretentious and flavorless. I have eaten at holes in the wall that have more flavor than this place and cost far less.

We dropped in for Valentines early in the day. We always get the Queso, so good although it's seems the portions are getting smaller. She had the cheeseburger and I had the hatch burger. Both were good with their amazing fries. Burgers these days for 15 bucks seem a little high but the buns seem to make worth it. Overall a good experience. The bartender was spot on!
