Food not that great. I sat at the Bar 1st bartender was a good bartender and was curious and friendly and then there was a 2nd bartender he was unfriendly seemed that it was too much of a bother to serve us he seemed to be having a bad day . Don't think I'll be going there anymore

I went this morning for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. We had a chorizo and egg plate, barbacoa tacos, and some other breakfast tacos. They were all delicious! The salsa wasn’t spicy, so we asked for a hotter one and wow, that was spicy, but good! The service was good and SUPER FAST. It only took like 5 minutes to get our food. Very impressed ?

My waiter was very attentive, however:The migas were the worst I have ever been served. The potatoes were boiled and did not seem to have ever been near a plancha. The beans were unspiced and lacked any hint of lard. The few peppers in the eggs were so mild my youngest grandchild would have frowned at them.I frequented Jardin C many years ago when they were still on Pond Springs.I remember the food and the margaritas fondly - it was quite good. The menu looks the same - the recipes must have been thrown away.

Service was great. My dining partner ordered a la carte with specific instructions, and the server repeated it back verbatim, without using a notepad. My friend's fajita platter smelled great and I'm sure they liked it, but my dish was very bland. The flauta and taco were chewy, not crunchy. Maybe they were pre-prepared and had time to absorb moisture? Whatever the case, they were not very good. The fajita enchilada had weird meat in it that compared not a bit to my friend's fajitas, instead more the texture of soy "meat." I'm sure that's not what it was, but it definitely wasn't the quality of the meat on the platter across from me. If the food was as good as the service, this would be a much better review.

Everything was alright, however the meat was overall quite dry, and the flavors seemed to come together rather awkwardly. Overall, the ingredients seemed somewhat low quality, the food is solid, but not the greatest, however the carne guisada was very good, and we had a good experience!
