After placing a large order to go, we were disappointed to find wrong items and despite being charged for extra meat there was none. Disappointed mainly in the lack of refund after calling the same day, and more disappointed in the lack of answering the phone when trying to call to fix the issue again.

The absolute best pho ever! The place is super cozy inside and hospitality is amazing!Kid-friendliness: They have a little section with toys for the kiddos, who can beat that?

We came with a large group and they were so accommodating and kind to us. The food had multiple Asian options, so there is something there for

Once my favorite. Last week it was horrible there, the manager (owner lady I believe she is?) walked out for 1 hour leaving her only worker there all by himself (which he is actually the cooker, but was running everywhere serving, taking orders/payments & making the food). The place is nasty, I went to the bathroom & it was exyremely disgusting...!! Bathroom and dining tables, the windows, the floor, behind the counter where you can see? Imagine where you can't see!! The guy tried his best, but we had no option but to leave. We notified the manager & requested to cancell our orders because of the condition there, all she replied was "is okay".We tipped the guy for his effort and doing his best but I don't think I'll ever go there.Very poor hygiene and work abuse on the only worker there. They lost my business and my friend.

Ordered take out today and loved the food. I wish I had tried it sooner. We got Shaky Beef, Garlic Eggplant Chicken and Crab Rangoon. Pork egg rolls were also delicious.

I have been going to the austin north Lamar location for many years and have had many enjoyable foody moments there and im a huge fan of kim phung. For years maybe even decades they have won best noodle bowl in the chronicle food awards...The spring rolls mmm... the fried pork rolls resting on a fresh green lettuce leaf to be used as a wrap is just out of this world unique as well as the famous duck ? soup(My favorite)with lots of fresh sprouts basil ? ? greens black mushrooms with hints of licorice root just amazing legendary if you will! Oh and the tea is the bomb i think its called jasmine tea it might not be called that on the menu but i no this girl whom always orders it. She has to have it. She talks about it all the way there. She loves it and makes shure she has some to go or she will go crazy nuts ? with out it. Taking selfies and mass texting all her freinds about how o m g good the jasmine tea ignoring me the entire time we are there ....texting away til her thumbs fall off and other fingers take over because she must post world wide the status of her precious jasmine ? tea....was it just that wedsday things didn't go as planned. Or maybe I should of arrived earlier when the chef was gearing up for the lunch rush or perhaps i didnt notice the low hanging dark clouds hoovering over the kitchen erea...it was good food it just wasn't Kim Phung as I remembered it.

Been going to this place for ages. Ordered lunch today and it took FOREVER! Place has been declining for a whileBut this was an all time low. Floors are sticky and the cleanliness is questionable. Sad…

Food is fair. If you don’t tip for takeout, little lady behind counter harasses you. I’m not going to tip for takeout! Woman behind counter was rude and should be fired!

The food was good but they over charged me $20+ ! We got 3 dishes. One for myself, one for my husband and my two kids shared one.. only my husband got a soft drink and my kids and I had water. Ended up paying $90+ !Make sure you ask if the prices on the menu are what they are going to charge.. this was definitely not the case for us, if so we would have paid $60~. I understand food prices are very unpredictable right now but at least had the courtesy of letting your customers know what they are going to pay.

Went for lunch at 11am, not a busy time. Waited for 6 minutes at a table and went to the front desk to let them know I wanted to order and was told to have a seat. Waited for 10 minutes and left. I can’t sit around for 16 minutes to put in an order on my lunch break.

The cedar Park Kim phone used to be amazing but they ruined The hot and sour soup that used to be amazing, it's inedible now. At least the pho is okay, but that was never why I went there.

We ordered Pho and Rice Grill pork and the soup was mostly water; the rice was so soggy you can't even separate it with the folks. Definitely will not be back for sure.
