Normally would like this place, but recently placed a mobile order only for it to be 25 minutes later. I watched several people walk in after and leave before me. Very poor service on my most recent visit and I would not recommend.Update 3/29/2024 I ordered 2 drinks with no ice and there was still ice.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Walked in, got ignored - waited for a few minutes said excuse me to the people making the tea - still ignored. Waited for service , then their friend walked in and they stopped what they were doing and took their order. The people were awkward and the vibe was way off. The other locations are way better. This one was just awful.

The men's restroom was out of order. I love the conference table!Parking: The parking lot was three quarters full. I found a space immediately.
I ordered Taro Milk Tea with 50% sugar and less ice with Boba. It doesnt taste like Taro, it tasted like cold tea. Boba is perfectly cooked and texture of boba is great. Just the Taro Milk Tea is not up to the mark for the price that was charged.
