Good place

Had a to-go order. They pulled the grits/ asparagus together with the steak on top. Dry, burnt oysters with no seasoning. Decently cooked steak. Soggy fries. Was told they were putting the order together when I arrived. Waited 10 minutes and everything was cold. First time here and 99% certain it’s the last time.

A Delightful Gem!I am currently awaiting my boyfriend while he is seeing a show and wanted a place I could enjoy late night. This place is wonderful- I just got here and it has such a fun atmosphere and everyone has been so kind. The bathrooms were super clean and my drink was awaiting me when I came back- I can’t recommend the Nakayubi enough, a wonder blend of vodka and lychee that is sweet without being syrupy. The calamari is light and crispy and the spicy salmon roll packs a punch. While some may find the menu a bit limiting, I believe it allows them to focus on simplicity and quality.A must to check out!

Went in on a Thursday. Not one other guest was inside. Was excited to try because the creole concept was good. But this new sushi concept is not it. The menu is 5 appetizers and maybe 8 rolls that are all cooked. The server/hostess/ bartender just stood and stared at us. She did not offer suggestions or try to speak to us at all. After looking over the menu we just walked out.

I'm so sad this place is closed. The food was amazing, the staff were special and I wish it were still open.

Had a wonderful meal here. Food quality and flavors were excellent. I felt the prices were a bit steep for Cedar Park(ie:$34 catfish) ; yet the area is lucky to have such a jewel. The catfish was delicious by the way. Nice cocktail and wine list. I recommend the barrel aged cocktails. Banana nut Old Fashioned was top notch! Other favorites were the fresh oysters, Shrimp & Grits, and the okra.... Oh, the okra!

Ate our weight in delicious oysters. Shrimp cocktail with large prawns. I had a purple drink with an adorable violet floating that was very good.Dessert was yummy and big enough to share. Great date spot or dinner with the girls. The atmosphere is clean & cozy with excellent service. Will be back.

We've been coming here since they opened and try and tell everyone we can about it. It's definitely one of our favourite places to eat in general and definitely the best in Cedar Park. The food is incredible and drinks are amazing. The oysters are just as good, if not better, than what you can get downtown Austin. We love the revolving menus and never had a bad dish here. Brunch is amazing and dinner is always delicious. The staff is also INCREDIBLE. They remembered us after our first visit and are always so friendly.

We are always satisfied with the food but tonight my husband and I traveled across town with our two girls in tow for a reservation made weeks ago only to find a dark, empty restaurant. All the while I am receiving reminders about my reservation up until 30 minutes prior to arriving. If I could give negative I would. Even Perry's manager made calls to us for our reservation when we were in a snow storm this day last year. POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dropped into this sweet little location--first the ambience is top notice and super cute with nice touches around the whole place (great for date lunch or brunch). We had a early lunch/brunch and enjoyed the boudin and the beignets. There was a good drink menu and even the kids enjoyed the food.

A diamond in the rough of Cedar Park's dining scene. Unexpected culinary delights await you in this unassuming strip mall restaurant. I had zero expectations going in- I've been disappointed often enough with below par restaurants in Cedar Park. La Joie can compete with Austin's finer dining spots. From start to finish, our meal was fantastic. Oysters were fresh, tasty and shucked correctly. Shrimp cocktail on point. The seafood gumbo? Gawd. It was perfect. I've only had better when in New Orleans or I make it myself. Blackened catfish and the shrimp and grits were delicious and cooked perfectly. Finished with billowy beignets that rounded out the meal with a finish. We will return often.
