ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I have tried 8 other Boba stores in the Cedar Park/Austin Area and this one takes the cake! The women who work there are incredible! They are so friendly and welcoming to everyone that walks in. I’ve been back three times since then to try the wide variety of flavors they offer and everything is amazing. I have absolutely no complaints! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

My friend had asked what sizes they have available (not on display, or explicitly stated anywhere since the tv menus were down) and the younger lady just stared at my friend and didn’t answer. Thai milk tea was super watered down, didn’t taste very good and felt pricier than normal places. Very rude, not great tea. :/

We came here on a Monday afternoon so it was just us at the store. The girl in the front didn't even greet or acknowledge us. The place was hot like the AC was broken or turned off. I got oolong milk tea and I could barely taste any tea. Need to improve on their drinks and customer service.

this is a good place with very reasonable prices and enjoyable drinks. as far as boba tea goes, it’s not remarkable but it is done well. boba is the perfect texture and has the brown sugar/molasses taste. the drinks themselves delivered on their flavor. i did ask for 25% sugar and as i recognize they use a jam in the honey yuzu, i wish i could have gotten a warning that it would still be sweet.the only reason it’s four stars and not five is that it’s not anything new. i don’t see myself ranking this shop above others in the area since it’s somewhat average. the ladies working there were nice, and they definitely are working with a small space and making it as comfortable as they can with what they have. i hope this shop can make a name for itself with some signature drinks, or update the menu to make it more appealing. as far as prices go, these are the best i’ve seen in the area, so if youre looking for good prices and good drinks, i’d recommend long tea.

Rounding this 4.5-star review to a 5 because it steers closer to the 5-star than the 4-star.This bubble tea place is tucked in a little strip mall, but their drinks are very yummy and reasonably priced. I like that you can also customize sugar (0%, 25%, 50%, 100%) and ice (none, less, normal).I got a taro milk tea with crystal boba, no ice & no sugar. The drink still had just a hint of sweetness, which was the perfect amount for me. It also didn't have any chalky aftertaste that many powder bases tend to have. The crystal boba had a great consistency.The passionfruit green tea was also good, but the regular boba in that one was a bit on the mushier side (as if the boba has been sitting and soaking up too much of the liquid it was in).Apple Pay wasn't working when I went, but cash and card are both accepted, of course.

*Poor Customer Service*The two ladies working here seem nice. Once about 3 weeks ago I came in and they got my order wrong and the younger working lady had the audacity to give me a very bad attitude even though we come for drinks regularly so I was shocked by her poor attitude (I assume her true colors showed) they have a fake kindness about them until you show them their own mistake. Secondly - they lied to my daughter saying they did not have a restroom when I've used ot plenty- then when I walked in and asked why they said they don't have a restroom they just refused to allow the use of their restroom only because they are going out of town and didn't want to clean it again DURING BUSINESS HOURS! Lol, seriously not okay to lie. No one is painting your walls. Just a quick use and that's it. Drinks are good but the service is sorry.

Disgusting slushies. They taste like someone put perfume in them. One was strawberry and the other was mango cream. I'm literally shocked at how bad these taste. We have been to most of the bubble tea spots around town and this was by far the worst tasting.
