On Tuesday March 12, 2024 I placed an order for pick up. Not a busy day but yet staff was behind. I understand but after watching the two girls answer the phone they started the process of make the pizza I noticed they DID Not Wash their hands or put gloves on. Immediately I cancelled my order. I’m not willing to risk getting sick over poor training of the staff. Several pizza locations around for customers to choose from. Think before heading to Marco’s Pizza on Little Elm in Cedar Park, Texas.

I made a to go order for delivery. From the Cedar Park location. The driver took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive even though I’m less than 2 miles away. He then gives my pizza to some random high school kids that I don’t even know. They bring it over to me, and then he expects me to walk back to the parking lot to pay him for the pizza. I refused to do that, so he came over to me. I gave him the money, he’s clearly stoned out of his mind and doesn’t have any change. I called and spoke with the restaurant and was assured that the manager would give me a call back. This was about five weeks ago and I have never heard from the manager. Last time trying this place.

Beware if you live 2 miles away from the location and order delivery. I waited 40 minutes for my order and called the store and was told the driver is still delivering and still had to go back to the store which would take another 15 minutes and then they'll deliver my pizza. I ordered here thinking it'd be faster than cooking for my kids and now I just wasted a whole hour waiting on a pizza that's made 2 miles away. At least the lady on the phone was nice.

Good pizza and good location for most who live within the area. However, the takeout online order pickup experience at this location needs to be improved. About 2/3rds of the time I get stuck behind 1 or 2 people who have an unfortunate issue and I end up over hearing the whole story from beginning to end (which I do not care to hear or know about and it is unavoidable due to the smallness of the space), someone that is ordering in person and taking too long, or someone who is picking up their order and paying in person and will not stop asking an abundance of weird questions before they finally leave. In the meantime while one or more of these scenarios are going on, I end up staring at my prepaid pizza sitting on the shelf behind the cashier because I ONLY show up when my order status says that it is ready for pickup. I am ONLY interested in picking up my pizza and getting out of there and on with life ASAP, not waiting on other customers to have their peculiar issues resolved. There needs to be a self pickup area for takeout prepaid online orders or a separated different line for the same. Most restaurants have already adopted similar systems, this location is behind the times in this regard.

I have no complaints. I order from this location often. The staff is always friendly. The pizza is always delicious. It's my pizza chain of choice. Just seems like the better options than the others, lol. Just the other day I bought a pizza and they put so much cheese on it that it melted over the crust. Can't really complain about that can I? Haha. Sometimes the toppings are a little lacking (like when I ask for spinach, I don't want just one piece on each slice....). But other than that.. they're good. Also their deals online are pretty great!

This was a good day to get pizza for us. But when we walked in there was 1 young lady in the back that was working tirelessly on our pizza's and others. In the midst of the grueling work load She took the time to great us and let us know how soon our pizza and cheesy breadsticks would be out. She was even pleasant with the drive, who when he entered gave her attitude about people in the lobby.My family and I will definitely get pizza from here in the future.
I am sharing this review in hopes that the manager at the Little Elm Trail location in Cedar Park knows just how lucky his is for the 2 employees he had working tonight. I ordered a pizza tonight Tuesday Aug. 29, 2023, I went to go pick it up and there was 3 people in front of me and I overheard the young lady behind the counter apologizing to the guests in front of me because they were shorthanded. Shorthanded, it was just 2 employees holding down the fort, this young lady, and another gentleman. I did not get her name but she was amazing and not only should management be proud of her but she should be very proud of herself. She was waiting on customers and answering the phone and making pizza the while shouting out compliments to the gentleman that was working with her. Telling him that he was doing a great job and she appreciated him being there. These 2 kids ran that business like they owned it. Their commitment to getting everyone's order out quite a sight to see. I will defiantly be calling to make sure someone saw this review. Tonight, the quality of the food has nothing to do with us returning to Marco's it has to do with the quality of the employees that were working tonight. Thank-You, both.Kristen Byrnes
Have tried to give this location my business in person multiple times. Today is the last sorry attempt. They never have more then 3 employees and the gentleman up front is clearly in over his head. I waited in front of him while he was on the phone with another customer for 15 mins. That customer was fed up with him as well as they were consistently bantering back and forth. Finally when I thought he was done he immediately answers another phone call instead of helping me. I just left and will go to Domino's

Been ordering from this Marco's for a few years now. Their pizzas are always good, hot, and delivered in time. The few and rare times it has been late I've been credited back my money. Ordering online is quick and easy and they have a lot of sales and specials.
