Today's is March 1 2024 whoever the evening manager is for this location is horrible kids play area was dark and creepy she had an attitude when I requested for her to turn on the lights . Food looked like it was made while someone was on a roller coaster . Come on McDonald's you guys can do better please someone address thisThanks

I was trying to give my order for 10 minutes since they couldn't hear me because of all the relaxation they had in the kitchen. When they finally give it to me it is incomplete and I realize until I get home - no dressing and no napkins

The place was basically empty and the employees did not bring us our food after asking us to get a number, so the food was waiting on the counter for a while, and by the time we got up to check on the status, the order was already cold. There were some guys doing dr*gs, jumping inside and outside the restaurant, and joking with some of the employees working in the kitchen. The atmosphere felt very unsafe and unstable, all things considered. The men's restroom was also dirty and unattended.

by far the worst mcdonald in this area. don’t go here. the staff is the worst,most disrespectful, and unprofessional, no care for anything. they seem to be talking more than doin there job. i’ve never had a experience in which my food was correct or i didn’t have to wait for ever. i could go on and on about this place because they can’t seem to do anything right. go to a different location. because no matter what you will be unhappy.

I don't know why you have someone who doesn't speak English taking the drive thru orders. Took me 10min to order 2 sandwiches because she couldn't understand me and then I pulled up to pay and she said it was 11 dollars which is weird bc on the app it said it was 9 dollars. She took the cash I handed her and didn't give me any change back or a receipt. I had tried to use a coupon at the beginning too, and she said, "Not for this time next time," like???. Wdym. The code says use within the next few minutes, or it'll expire? This place isn't that great, but it also hasn't been that bad until I started trying to get breakfast here, and it has been a nightmare because this lady can't understand what anyone is saying. I asked her for a receipt, and she said, "No." I don't even know if my total was 11 dollars or if she just said it was, so I'd hand her the cash. She never told me what my total was, even when I asked how much 3 times.
