It’s been at least 2-3 times I go to make a purchase and the lady has been on her phone and stayed on it before noticing me. I’m pretty sure she knows I’m right there because I’m in her line of vision but still stays on her phone. Extremely unprofessional and lack of work ethic! Get off your phone and get to work.

We ordered 2 coffees from here and they were both the most disgusting coffees I've ever had. the menu shows these beautiful drinks and they don't even know what they are or how to make them. The ice cream was good and they give out a good amount of it too.

If you like cookies hard as stone, milkshakes with no ice cream, and food better off in a trash can than in your stomach... just throw that $20 in the trash.. that will still be better than this place.

Affordable, yummy, and easily accessible. Adjoining Wetzel's, this front facade faces the mall corridor, rather than the food court. In my opinion, that's easier access. This shop is located near the middle of the mall on the second floor, so it's a good meeting point for the bratty children, the super hot trophy wives, and the annoying mall rats.

Most respected and helpful store I ever found in Austin . This is the cool place ever I found to order without any kind of fear cause they provide us a good service as well as helpful.! Thank you Nestlé team for being part of this Mall to help others . I don’t know how some people come to blame this store saying the employee aren’t good and they give wrong order even though sometimes I order wrong though they give for free without any cost just saying that it’s our mistake we sorry we didn’t listen to you and they just give for free without charging a single penny or showing disrespectful to me.! Using my husband's Google account to write this review. First off, let me say that this place has the worst customer service I've ever seen in a Nestle Toll House Cafe. Today I went to pick up a birthday cookie cake I ordered a couple of days ago, which was supposed to be ready by 11:00 AM, and surprise surprise, the employee did not even know there was a cake order for today at that time. He told me that the cake was not ready yet, and that it was going to take 30 minutes. I had to walk around the mall, and long story short, once I picked it up, the cake was missing the balloon design that I wanted. I brought this up to the employee, and she claimed that there was no balloon request in the order, but after talking to another employee and double checking the order, they realized they missed the balloons. She proceeded by saying "we don't have that here", even though I'm sure this is a lie because they're just balloon drawings and they were the ones that suggested I added them in the first place when I was first placing my order, and then offered to give me a discount. I just said I had already paid the cookie in advance, and all she said was "oh okay" and handed me the cookie cake (was expecting at least some free cookies...).I also want to point out this is not the first time they mess up my cookie cake, and the rude customer service has happened more than once, so no, this is not a single incident (I hoped it was, which is why I decided to give this place another chance). I would highly suggest you look for another place before even considering buying from this location.

My favorite of all times are peanut butter cookies. You can’t find them very often. BUT... you can here! They are always fresh and they have plenty of flavors like snickerdoodle and fan fav chocolate chip.
