I'm deeply disappointed with the level of service I received during my recent visit. Despite politely asking three times, my order was not delivered. When I approached the staff member to inquire about the delay, I was dismayed to find them wearing AirPods, seemingly disengaged and unprofessional. This lack of attention to customer needs reflects poorly on the establishment and left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patron. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to improve the overall experience for future customers.
