The food is fine but avoid this place at all times on a weekend night. They are always understaffed, they only start on your order after you arrive even if you order it online, and they'll get your order wrong most of the time. The owner must do better.

The team that closed tonight on 9/9/2022 is phenomenal!!! So amazing so nice! I placed an order through the app at 9:15pm and everything was fine. I got a text saying it was going to be delivered through DoorDash driver, ok cool. Long story short, the DoorDash person stole my food. So I called back and they remade my pizza and already sent it out. I got nervous around 10:45 and got worried so I called back. I literally got off the phone with the store and my door bell rang. They were the nicest people!! So so soooo amazing!

When I visit my family in Cedar Park this pizza hut is closest one to their house. We get the cheesy bread and vegetarian pizza, they always do a great job getting the order ready super fast and most importantly correct. it turns out great with the right amount of sauce, right amount of cheese and the toppings were generous. Whoever is working in the back knows whats up lol. This place does not have a dine in area, you go and order or call and order to pick up. They do have a delivery option but I haven't used it since I live so close.

Me and my mom placed an order togo here and when i first went to go pick it up the guy at the front said they were cutting it and he would get it for me. about 3 minutes later the nicest man walks up to me and apologizes to me because my pizza had stuck to the box and he wanted to make sure i had a good pizza, and to make up for it he told me i could have any drink i wanted on the house and said he would bring the pizza to my car. about 13 minutes pass by and he comes to my car with my pizza and he had also given me free brownies on the house as well. i'm not usually a fan of pizza hut but this man was so so sweet and i will be coming back just be sure of how amazing his service was and how sweet he was to me and my mom.

it's a Pizza Hut so you get exactly what you expect in terms of flavor I mean it's actually pretty good but a little oily this location had my food hot and ready fast the reason why I'm not giving that extra two stars is because although my food was fine the service was eh The boy who spoke with me over the phone was continually interrupted while taking my order and spoke over me I don't know if he was new but it really just seemed like he did not want to be there. Which usually isn't really a big deal for me I don't really care as long as my order goes in but then when I made it there the same boy from the phone who is working upfront took my order information walked away and then didn't get my food and came back and addressed another customer instead of me. My food was ready and inside of the heater yet it still took me 10 minutes of standing inside for nothing.

BEST PLACEEEEE EVERRRRR!!!!! So I came to get my food and it wasn't right. Sometimes they happen But they ended up fixing it. Then Giving me a free salad, 2 liter and a cookie for my troubles. (If any) lol They are amazing people at this location and you have to come get your pizza here if you love Pizza Hut

I understand that we live a day and age where it is hard to be fully staffed or good workers. That being said I found it really disappointing that this location closes 30 min early than what is advertised online. That's my only negative of this location. The staff is always wonderful and the food is great. Just really disappointing when I can't order during operating hours.

Young lady with glasses and short hair was extremely rude. When I had called to pick up my curbside order she was very short and sounded like she had a problem. She came out to my car, said , "take this" and dumped the pizza in my lap. I even let her keep the change and she snatched it out of my hand and walked away without even saying thank you!!! Not coming back here.

Terrible customer service to start. I placed an order online, and it never arrived. The driver never updated delivery status. When calling to check on ETA of delivery I was informed it had been delivered. I informed them that it had not and was told that it was not their problem. The manager I spoke to was very rude, and did not offer any type of remedy. When I asked for a refund, the manager said, "okay fine, bye" and hung up the phone. I guess I will see if that actually happens. Apparently if you order from this location and they deliver it to the wrong address you are just 'out of luck'.

Nothing worse than when a place doesn't get your delivery correct. I ordered an extra marinara sauce and blue cheese with my boneless and neither was delivered after I left the delivery driver a $12 dollar tip. I called and they wouldn't bring the sauces, all they could do is give me a $2 dollar credit! This is the last time I order from them! Thanks for nothing Pizza crap!!

I ordered a large thin and crispy pepperoni and red onions Pizza, Cheese breadsticks and cinnamon breadsticks on Jan 21. My pizza was undercooked. I had to put it in the oven before I could eat it.

Woooow my pizza was straight dough not cooked @ all . Called and spoke to the manager & all he said was " interesting do you want me to send you another or give you a credit ?" I did not receive no apologie or anything for this big inconvenience ! This is ghetto as heck !
