Love their Pollo Loco. Last time thighs were smaller, onions were more like a garnish rather than a bed of onions, no green peppers. Slowly Pollo Loco is changing to much less than it used to be. Still love the flavor though. I like I can get a side of queso rather than the full appetizer.

Our Waiter was great , I have to say the food was very bland and expensive. I had the cauliflower tacos which looked like they would be something different and spicy , the plate came out with 2 tacos laying flat nothing else to spruce it up and the tacos tasted bland no spice or flavor. My husband had enchiladas ordered beef and got cheese , my son had quisadillas no Pico and they came with Pico and while it was huge there was hardly any filling in them. My other son had pork tacos and some of the meat was burnt and salsa was supposed to be on side but was on them. The waiter showed us that he put it all In correct but guess kitchen did whatever they wanted. We are not ones to complain so we ate it and it was all OK I just certainly wouldn't recommend it because the price is not worth what you get.

I will not be returning to here anytime soon due to their lack of care about their disabled patrons. Multiple times we have been to this restaurant and there are cars blocking the handicapped parking spots who are parking illegally by the building and not in a spot. Today when we were leaving two cars were blocking the accessible pathway. One almost ran me over and the other was just entirely in the way of the pathway and blocking in a car that was parked in a handicapped space. My husband went in to speak to the manager about this issue and was met with a lack of care and concern. This is deeply disappointing as a customer who frequents this establishment. We love their food but overall will not be returning due to their lack of handicap accessibility and unwilling to do anything about accessibility issues when they arise.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible when there are cars that can park wherever they like.

We ordered thee main courses incliding tacos. Out of that 1 is good polo pastors. Reamining are average. Polo Serranos is very bland and dry. Service person didn't asked for additional sauce nor told about how bland the chicken in it.

Our first time at this location. We usually go to the one by Lakeline Mall. Good food with excellent service as I would normally expect from them. However, it was sooo loud and echoey, because the rooms are small and the ceilings are low. We could barely hear each other at the table. The Lakeline location has a lot more space, so never had that issue before. That definitely took away from the experience.
I've enjoyed a couple of lunches there, and I have no complaints. Good food overall. Great chips. Service was friendly and reliable. I'll probably go back. But the food is just not quite special enough for 5 stars.

Went to treat myself to a drink and dinner. Arrived before dinner time. Approximately 8 tables filled at that time. Hostess was friendly and seated me. After 10 minutes, I asked the hostess if I had a waiter. She apologized and went to find one. After another 5 minutes, a guy walked up and gave me some salsa and chips, but informed me he wasn't my waiter. I guess doing me a favor!!?? No water still. I waited ten more minutes and still no one showed up. I walked out. Hostess apologized but didn't really seem fazed with the situation. I man at the counter next to her looked like he was a manager, but didn't say anything, apologize or attempt to rectify the matter. If he was the manager, then that explains a lot about the attitude in this restaurant when it comes to service. So, on the bright side saved myself some money, but really unfortunate because I like their food. This Serranos employs many young people but they are poorly trained which reflects back to the manager!
