My only real gripe is this metal yellow buffer the at sticks out like 8in to protect the drive thru window from being hit. Ended up hit my side mirror and now I'll have to buff it out.

Was at a buddies house and we wanted some late snacks so we decided to door dash some Sonic. When it arrived I was very disappointed which what was sent. The chili cheese tots were only 2/3 full, the tots were under cooked, practically no chili or cheese, and only a sprinkle of onions. To say I was unimpressed and dissatisfied is an understatement.

Waited 5 minutes at drive thru speaker 2 hours before Google said they close. Said hello at least 3 times with no response. Drove up to drive thru window and could see the employees sitting down just playing on their phones. Perhaps Sonic should employ those who aren’t lazy or incompetent. Do better SONIC!!!

I have been here a few times now and unfortunately it’s awful. It seems no one has been trained on how to assemble food, bring it out hot or get the order correct. The car hops are also lacking in customer service they do no read back your order or wipe down drink or give straws.
