Do not waste your time at this store. Was told by the manager, James, my coffee was taking over 40 min because the only thing Starbucks cares about now is the drive through. The barista making drinks was moving without any hustle while people stood around waiting for 45-1hr for one drink. But that drivethru was moving. Will never return.

The worst service at any Starbucks I’ve ever been at. Was not greeted when I came in, the baristas are required as per the employee handbook to greet every customer that opens the door. Sadly those of us waiting for our drinks were kinder to each other while waiting 10-15 minutes for our orders. This drive-thru prioritization is destroying the foot-traffic in your store. With more options than ever for coffee in the morning I thought the Starbucks model was to make this atmosphere feel like a “3rd space”, let me tell you; nothing about this visit makes me ever want to step foot into this or any Starbucks ever again. Bring back Rochelle, this would NEVER happen to her store if she was still here. Such a tragedy. A horrible visit with not one employee greeting ANYONE that walked in the store.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Only 3 cars in drive thru and it took me 21 minutes to get a mocha.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area they’re friendly, they’re fast, they’re efficient and orders are always accurate. I was there today and spoke with a man in the drive-thru. His name was James. He was very pleasant and very helpful. The lady who took my order she was also very friendly. I didn’t get her name but overall … Would definitely recommend!

I had the worst experience here today. I placed a mobile order a minute or 2 prior to driving through, I usually place ahead because it’s easier to customize, I have talking kids in the car which always makes it hard to order etc. The cashier had the audacity to let me know that I should just order at the window and went on this whole long speech about how it makes their job harder because mobile orders go to a different computer etc. I ordered my drinks and paid for them, I really didn’t need a lecture about how it made her job harder, so unprofessional and rude.
Our go-to place for picking up the coffee before heading to Costco. Very good customer service ??
