The menu has changed to include all ingredients: meat, cheese, sauces, veggies.I ordered a sandwich by name & they insisted on asking me every ingredient, even after I pointed at the menu and told them I wanted it as listed.Then they argued with me when I said I wanted the sauce on the bread side instead of on top of everything else. I canceled the sandwich and left. If you're going to ask me every little detail even after I've told you I want it as it is listed on the menu, don't argue with me when I want to put the sauce on before adding the avocado.Thanks for reminding me why I haven't been to a subway in years ?Just saved $9(!!!!!) on a 6-inch sub.

We wanted to have some warm sandwich, the guy was kinda rude and didn't want to put it in oven, because he said it is turned off. I think they wanted to leave as soon as possible because the store was closing in 30 mins. But could they turn off the oven after they close? Worst customer service ever!

This is by far the worst subway in the area. Today my sandwich had stale bread, was not toasted, very little chicken. I have seriously never had something good from this location.

Usual subway food but the staff were extra careful to change gloves and wash hands when I requested them as I am a vegetarian and did not want to have meat on the gloves from previous orders.

Giving 3 stars because of the young man working behind the counter cash register. He was friendly and had a smile on his face. Because of him I left a tip and only because of him.

Visited today and absolutely appalled with the way the older lady with red hair, that I assume to be the manager, was treating her employees and us as customers. When we walked in she was berating a young employee right in front of us - didn’t even bother to stop when she saw we were right in front of her while she did this. Never should a young employee be treated like that but especially not when customers are in the store. Another young employee started taking our order and was very nice. She then proceeded to be rude to me while he was taking my order and she started on my husband’s sandwich. Did my best to ignore but she felt it was necessary to continue on. Finally I told her I would not be talking to her and would only be speaking to the young man taking my order that was treating us the way a customer should be. To which she acted shocked, shoved my husband’s sandwich at the worker, and told him “you’re doing this” and stormed off. Absolutely terrible behavior from a manager all the way around. Those poor employees and all the customers deserve much better than that. And judging from other reviews, it doesn’t seem like this was a one time thing. We will not be visiting this location again unless we see that this manager is no longer with the store. Subway do better.

Poor customer service, we reached at the counter she did not even cared to attend us for next 5minutes. She only responded when we asked asked her to help us out. She had done poor packaging of sandwich, upon asking she said “I am making sandwiches since 20 years”.Better not to visit this place unless if you are willing to get a bad customer service.

Its even waste of giving a review for this store.Poor customer service and poor packing of sandwich.The lady was not even attending us after entering the store.She was busy doing her own stuff when i asked if she can help us after waiting for 5min.she responded in rude manner saying i am busy with some other stuff.I would recommend not to visit this store.

Ridiculous - made the same sandwich twice rather than as ordered. Almost NO tuna - this is a BREAD sandwich. Not the 1st time either. Won't be going back.

These guys always sucks my order. They are not good at making orders on time and always missing some options. Eveytime they waited me 20+ minutes after app showing its completed.Kid-friendliness: It’s not at all a kids friendly place.
