Went on New Year's Eve. Manager was extremely rude and cursed at my boyfriend. Threw us out of the store! Never ever had this happen at any store ever. Crazy!

Manager was trying to tell me about a discount while I was halfway across the store. a/c and fans were blasting and I had no idea what he was saying. He turned rude really quick. He kept trying to describe a discount without using the nouns so I could understand what was going on. He got even more rude and visibly agitated. I'll buy my booze elsewhere from now on.

This place isn't associated with Costco even though its on Costco property so prices aren't any cheaper than anywhere else. And the guy at the register wasn't friendly or helpful at all. Looks like he doesn't really want to be there and isn't very knowledgeable when you ask him questions. For a family business, this has a long way to go for good customer service.
