Wow went to place the order the young lady answered the phone and said" hi be with you in a moment.."She put the phone on hold then gets back on the phone I ask about our credit for some reason it wasn't found. It's only some regular wings bc the last time we ordered lemon pepper it had too much salt..anyway I tell her we still want to order I repeated my order 3 times very simple same flavor ,ranch,anyway she still didn't get it then I say thank you so much and she just hangs up. Wow this doesn't look too good Chandler considering this place is always hit or miss. So bummed out!!!

Waited 35 minutes for cold wings when they were burning through product at an astonishing rate.Location Needs Expediting Advising/Consult/Support from regional mgr. to split up the to-go & dine-in orders, triage and prioritization to ensure dine-in customers don't get burned with cold wings. They did of course kindly provide a refund as I provided them the full tray of food minus one cold one. While I sat there for 35 minutes dozens of to-go orders were made and placed on a shelf where nobody collected them until well after I had received my 35 minute cold wings. The front register staff were killing it even though they were swamped. Just needs some expedited

I’ve been to a lot of Wingstop and A lot of them have not been great. This has been by far the BEST Wingstop; it’s clean and staff are so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be visiting this location again!!

Placed an order 30 mins after I arrived my order. And still wasn't ready. They said it would be another 30 mins. So an hour for 3 tenders and fries? And I asked for a refund. They said they don't have time. Never again

Truly can't say enough bad things about this place. I manage a restaurant with just one or two other people working sometimes and we don't mess up orders like the 14-17 people standing around in this place every time I go in. Sitting at the tables? At least have everything right if you're gonna do that. Insane to me. Ordered last night they put the ranch for the chicken sandwich and forgot the chicken sandwich??!!. I'm convinced the kids working there eat the food. So sad and embarrassing. Never going back.

This wing stop location is probably the worst I've ever been to. Not only do they always have poor service with long wait times, they also are not properly equipped to be open during cold weather. Stopped by today and was informed that they are closing early due to the cold weather and inability for their fryers to keep the oil hot lol. What?! This place is trash. Won't be back.

One of the worst meals I’ve ever had. Literally unbeatable. Bun on chicken sandwich was very stale, and biting into the chicken was like trying to eat leather. Completely lost my appetite. This was also after a 40 min wait. I was excited when this opened, but I think this may have ruined Wingstop for me for good.

I ordered a meal to be delivered today, 01/09/2024. The fries I ordered and paid for were not included. I called to let them know and the lady that "said" she was the manager, started arguing with me about the order. She kept telling me, they were there!? Basically saying I was lying. Instead of just acknowledging their mistake. HORRIBLE customer service. I also asked for wings well done and they were very soggy.

My son tried ordering over the phone..was told to order online..can't order all flats online..so drives up there orders our food..leaves comes home..to find there is no fries..2 orders of fries missing..then I want to eat mine..lemon pepper..and get this it..uncooked no and no flavor added..last time for us..and we love wing stop on a Sunday night...we ll find another place...wanted to add a picture..but someone else added a picture talking about the same uncooked non flavor wings.

The lemon pepper wings were sitting drenched in oil. After waiting for 1 hour for my wings they told me it would be 30 minutes. But I actually sat there and waited for 1 hour. Then I get home and I see a lot of oil in the container, wings sitting drenched in oil That's the lemon pepper actually just sat at the bottom of the oil. They also forgot to put the lemon pepper on top of my other order of the buffalo hot wings .

Wings were undercooked which is literally the number 1 thing you dont want to do with chicken. Fries were cold, soft and wet and I asked for extra crispy. I had to Air fry all my food when I got home and ended up throwing half of it away. Could've just been an off night but this was a bad first experience.
