I got the vegan platter and it is AMAZING! The vegan paté is kind of like an empanada, but filled with lots of veggies and ridiculously good Haitian flavors. The rice and fried plantain were delicious and the mac n' cheese is possibly the best I've ever had. If you see this food truck, I suggest you run like a seven year old hearing the ice cream truck.

Excellent food and service! They were so friendly and accommodating. We would’ve tried everything tonight if our stomachs could fit all of it but for now we tried a few different things and everything was great.

Absolutely delicious! The flavors are rich and you can tell the owners put love into what they make! The griot and chicken paté with pikliz are my favorites. Can’t wait to go back!

I had the pleasure of trying Sophia's a month ago and have been craving it ever since. Some friends and I bought several items and split then all. We were hooked! The food and customer service was amazing. Can't wait until I get the chance to eat there again

I tried this food truck at the Celina 4th of July festival in 2025. I really liked the fried plantains, and went back for more. I ordered the goat, which was phenomenal! Much better than all of the Indian restaurants around the area. If you want good food not covered up with curry this is the spot!

I was really excited to have some Haitian food, but was wildly disappointed at the food quality and the service. When I received my food after a 45 min wait, goat that I received was primarily bones and items were missing from the platter.

Sorry but yall have great customer service but your food is really bland and over priced..

I wish I could directly inbox the owner or manager tho.

Your plantains are the worst that I even tasted, reminds me of what sandpaper might taste like, the rice has maybe a hint of seasoning and the pork is nice and crunchy but damn it doesn't taste like yall took the time to put any seasoning on it at all..

At least season the batter...

People in England might love yalls food because I hear that the food is really bland there and some of our doctors would be happy because it would keep a lot of our blood pressure down but yall should at least season your food before any one else gives you their hard earned $22 dollars for five pork bites, rice, and sandpaper plantains or yall should actually pay people to eat your food..

Last night at the Arlington Night Market was my first time tasting Haitian food and I heard that Haitian food is good but I am completely disappointed..

I felt like it was tantamount to buying sushi from a non asian food truck in the hood..
