Customer service at night sucks! Went in to pick up an order for Uber Eats and was told they didnt want to make the order and the manager ripped his headset off and started yelling and acting like a lunatic saying for Uber to stop going in to the restaurant! Ridiculous waste of my time as well as the person that placed the order! No customers inside and still acting like a fool yelling! I wouldnt recommend going here at night especially when this particular manager is working! Didnt get his name but he was insanely rude and definitely didnt want to do anything!!!!

Whoever owns this place needs to run it better. Just ordered a milkshake turned out to have sour milk. I NEVER return things but this milkshake tasted horrible….. I walked in and waited for assistance as I was waiting I see one of the staff members just eating an ice cream sandwich …this person turns out to be the one who ended up helping me. I work in the food service industry and never do I eat while I’m clocked in it looks extremely unprofessional. She then proceeds to ask to try my drink and claims that the sour milkshake does not taste sour and asks if I’d like another one … I just requested a refund. She claims the milk used was not expired but that worries me that this establishment would have incorrect labels on their milk. NEVER coming here again.

My family ordered a cake for me to pick up for my birthday and this is what I received. It was supposed to say Happy 24th Birthday Adriana. But I guess this place had other plans for my cake which included throwing it around and renaming me Birt, thanks guys. I got a refund because of this horrific cake job but it doesn't change the fact that they actually handed me this cake and felt like I should go home with it. Lol. Not cool..

Been to BR all over the country and this one was the worst. Ice cream was barely frozen and the employees were complaining about "new management." Kids working were nice but everything else about this location was horrible

I ordered my son's cake & paid online for pick up, I ordered on 8/9/2023 his birthday was on the 13th that following Sunday, ordered with time but on the 13th I went to pick it up & the guy working there told me they wouldn't be able to give me the cake that I ordered because something was wrong with their fridge, idk why they didn't call me to let me know that had happened, I had my phone number & email there that doesn't make any sense. He also said not to worry that I could choose a "free" cake from a fridge that they had in the lobby & that I would get my money back because of the inconvenience but till this date I still haven't received my money back. I don't recommend this place at all.

I was really hoping my first couple of visit were a fluke, not the case. This place never has anything or can’t serve you ice cream! I have given them multiple attempts and have yet been able to order, like over the course of 4 months. I really don’t understand how they stay in business! Excuse I’ve heard; hot fudge machine isn’t turned on, no waffle cones or bowls, freezer isn’t working so the ice cream is too soft to serve…I really just don’t understand it!

These guys don't answer their phone, At all lol but I will say clearly they are busy!! I had to get an ice cream cake for my granddaughter & wanted to make sure they had the flavor she wanted so I decided to call of which no one would answer the phone so I had to drive over there which is fine it's not too far and in fact they were out of the cake that I wanted. I did have to wait quite a few minutes because they were extremely busy that drive-through is round the clock you have 3 to 4 people walking around filling orders with their headsets on and I can't fault him for that. finally when somebody came around the gentleman offered up another cake that did have the ice cream flavor on the inside and it was perfect! So I gave them 4 stars this review is for Baskin Robins /31 Flavors

Beware! This girl had us pay for our kids ice cream and then while giving it to us tells us the ice cream machine is down not working so it was really watery in the cone dripping out! I told her sorry i don’t want it it’s for the kids and already spilling and she was so upset saying ohhhh ughhhh and threw it away and then said well what did we want to do, I asked for a refund and she tried giving less money back and I told her the price it was. She still kept saying ugh the entire time. Like she could have told us it was down while ordering instead of trying to give it like that. This worker should not be working dealing with customers on her attitude.
We went in to get some ice cream to go. The ice cream was fine the issue I have is the extra charge for cups $0.20 per cup so you get charged 0.20 for just getting your ice cream in a cup. This charge isn't listed any where on the menu. They just add it on.

It's Baskin-Robbins 31 flavors ice cream what's not to like?... LOLYou can tell this is AI; a human at Google wouldn't have to ask a question about ice cream. Even bad ice cream is still good ice cream.Naw really, it's what you would expect, nothing bad nothing unusual. I guess the coolest thing about this place is that it's housed with Dunkin donuts Soooo if you want a sugar fix your possibilities are endless.
