INCOMPETENCE! This is the second time I’ve placed an order through Door Dash for this location and both times they’ve sent half my order. It makes no sense to me how you can have an itemized receipt attached to the bag, BUT still allow the Dasher to leave with half the order EVERY TIME. Especially when the only request I put in the notes was to make sure that the COMPLETE order is picked up this time.

This place is ok, clean, inexpensive and nice staff but have messed up or uncared about the order many times unfortunately. Tried UberEats once and wasnt happy so went through the drive thru this time, still ok. Hash browns were soft and smushed just thrown in and one sandwich (though the same with different bread) was without cheese and halfways off the bread. Its a pit stop food for me, just ok. Love their hazelnut iced coffee though!
