It was very busy, 10+ people in line with more and more entering the store, but the lone worker kept her cool, was friendly, and she efficiently and quickly worked to get us all taken care of. Having only one person scheduled on a busy Saturday afternoon noon is not fair to the worker who is handling it all alone, however, and sets them up to be treated impatiently or unkindly by customers in a hurry.
