Don't get me wrong I love Firehouse sandwiches. This place needs some serious help orders always take for ever when you walk in. I have tried online e ordering but it never works right. Such a shame hope they get some good help soon. Oh also employees shouldn't be parked in spots right in front of store those should be for guest who enter store.

Manager recommended the New York Steamer, was amazing, purchased the sandwich two times again in the the next month, and both sandwiches were missing mustard and one had enough mayonnaise to give the average person a diabetic seizure. These people do not value your time nor will they acknowledge or put any effort towards correcting any concerns you may have. I don't go to this place for the same reasons I don't go to casinos, I don't like gambling with money

Whoever y’all got working on December 6 at 6:49 PM they really do not care how slow they’re going. We’ve been here for 30 minutes for one sandwich. It’s crazy and there’s enough of them to keep up with this and it’s not that busy. I’ve worked in a sub place before. Update the food is literally wrong was not adjusted at all dont go here lol its so frustrating

Very disappointed with visit to Firehouse subs. Have not been there in awhile remember them being very good and filling. This time around the staff was close to bad. I was told a combo I could only get chips with a drink. After I ordered I saw clearly on board that I could have got a drink with a cookie which is what I wanted. I got the new York streamer large and was still hungry even though that and one small drink was$ 17 waste of money. It took staff 15 minutes to get my order served with literally one person in front of me and four staff on duty. The sandwich was not even hot it was warm and the staff didn't even call my name out only knew it was done since I was watching and I was the only person in the store. Will not be returning to this location
Update: WHATEVER-FIREHOUSE...Rude staff, sandwich was HORRIBLE, order not ready upon arrival. Only thing tasty was the cookie. Be very careful pulling sandwich out of container. Half my sandwich fell out. Box not very sturdy.Parking: Located in the same shopping center with Kohls.

The pork slaw sandwich is back. So so good. It's a promo for a short period promo sandwich. Gotta try this if you haven't. So delish. I've gone twice this week for this pork slaw sandwich. Tasty fresh and beyond good. The wait for our order took a bit, however the tasty food made up for it.
