This had to have been the best smoked brisket I have had. Very smoky, tender, and juicy. Avoid the Coleslaw. Not good at all. Potato salad, though, was fantastic
My wife and I used to live in Texas, but moved away back in 2012. So we've spend the last 12 years building this place up in our minds as a great restaurant for BBQ. We finally made it back and it did not disappoint. We had the pork ribs and brisket. The food was good with or without the sauces provided on the tables. Plus the sides were delicious. I don't really even care for creamed corn, but I the one that Rudy's serves. The atmosphere is easy going and relaxed. The price isn't bad for what you're getting by any means. Our little kids loved it as well.

I want to give this place a 10 star review, but unfortunately, I can't do that. I would like to thank Bobby Fisher, the senior manager. He was a very big help, as my wife had a medical emergency, when we were entering this establishment. Bobby was nothing short of amazing trying to help us out as all of this was going on, along with the rest of the staff. He took care of my wife first, getting her food, making sure she was taken care of. I also reached out to a managing partner, his name is Chris, and he replied to my email within the hour. Just nothing but good vibes from this location. on top of that, their chopped beef sandwich really hit hard. Please do yourself the favor and go see the team over there at rudys!! You will not regret it. Don't hesitate if you want some good ole B-B-Q!!

My pulled pork sandwich was amazing. I added bbq, coleslaw and pickles to it and it was perfect. The new potatoes were tasty. I also tried the turkey and brisket, both were delicious. There is no cornbread here, which I thought strange for a BBQ place. Lots of parking and seating inside. Cafeteria style ordering. Our cashier was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. I'd eat that pulled pork sandwich every day if I could.

Let me first say, what a wonderful staff and place to eat! They gave me their best choices to which meat and what to ask for, my second time going I got just about a lil bit of everything on the menu. Spent a good bit but it was well worth it. I especially like the baby back ribs, they caught me by surprise. Really juicy and flavorful, paired with the beans and moist brisket is definitely my favorite. I usually get takeout on my way to work but the inside is kept up and there is a lot of seating tables for big groups and families to enjoy, it’s kind of like a barn setting which is really cool.
