Salty Oak BBQ

My pork ribs that I barbeque are moist and succulent but at the Salty Oak they are dry and over spiced and salty. The brisket was also dry and the chicken was over cooked. The smoke flavor is a bit off most likely from smoking with oak. Mesquite would be a better choice. The pulled pork was pretty good. Small portions for a high price though. Rudy's is actually better!

There are so many regional variations of barbecue in the US. But there are probably just as many throughout the great state of Texas.
