We’ve gone twice this week bc my son loves sonic chicken tenders. Waited over 25 minutes at the drive thru window one day, I figured they were just having an off day. Then we came back a couple days later and we had to wait damn near 40 minutes for our food. I asked for a manager to get my refund and it took her 10 minutes to come out with our food FINALLY. If I hadn’t already paid both times, I would have left. Sonic corporate needs to fix the issues bc apparently this has been an ongoing issue based on other reviews.

Do not come here for food. Takes over 20-30 minutes from ordering at the speaker to get your food, even with 1 car only in front of you, sometimes maybe even no cars

I came to this sonic because it was close. I use the app placed my order and checked in. It took at least 20 minutes to get my order and they checked me off the screen, so I didn't know what was happening. It then took another 10 minutes for them to bring my food. The car hop was nice. By the time I got my slush it already melting and the other wasn't fully mixed. The popcorn chicken is more fried batter than chicken. The sonic on Ayers isn't perfect but is still better.

I did a mobile order checking out at the grocery store for a cherry limeade.1 soda.I had to wait 20min for a soda. If I didn't already pay for it I would have left.There were 3 cars in drivethru and 2 others at the drive up stalls.So why did I have to wait that long for a soda? Were they waiting for the ice to freeze or are they really that incompetent?
Next time I go to Sonic I’ll just go straight to the window so you can give me whatever you want.. because that’s what gonna happen anyway. I repeat myself numerous times and you still manage to get my order wrong. Very disappointing… especially when I pay you for a service. Smh

Disappointed!Used the drive through 12/13 6:15pm and ordered a large Frito Pie amongst other things. The Frito Pie had VERY little chili and cheese that most of my fritos were dry. No fork or straw. Very Disappointed!!!

Every single time, we try and give this location another chance they mess it up. They take forever, some of their ordering stalls don't even work, and they mess up every doordash we've ever had. Not just by sizes or missing an item, but entirely different items too ?

This Sonic has absolutely gone to the dogs. I spent $9 to get a cheeseburger that was burnt to a crisp and cold onion rings that were as hard as concrete! This meal was absolutely disgusting and gross! Third time in a row to get a terrible meal. They will never see me again!UPDATE: So I was given a phone number to escalate this issue. The number immediately hung up on me. I was also given a link. The first question was what is the store number. The store has hidden their store number! I can't find it anywhere. I can find other store numbers but not the one I'm trying to report. Goodbye forever Sonic!
