When this Sonic is good… it’s really good. But it’s the inconsistency that ruins it. The food & service here is hit & miss. I have noticed that the night shift is way worse about this. Order accuracy at night could definitely improve.

Don't come here unless you want to buy a drink with a hole in your cup. When I came back, the only thing the cashier could tell me is "Oh, sorry". This must be a pattern because my friend has had this happen to him at this same location. Do not recommend.

I love coming here when it’s not summer, the service is always quick. During the summer it’s busy and they aren’t sufficiently staffed for the beach rushes.For whatever reason when I order sauces/cheese in the app, I never actually get them in my bag and have to either go back up to the door and ask cause it’s the fastest or hit the red button and hope for the best.

I ordered the footlong 1.99 coney and drove off without my credit card. I parked at the place next door to hoover-down my snack and the drive thru guy knocked on my window and gave me my card .. YAY guy!!!

Never been to sonic before! We parked and tried to walk in the front door. But I guess at Sonic you don't go in because all it was was their kitchen! Very funny. They were very nice, and we placed our order outside, then after a short wait they brought it out to usVery hot! I got chicken strips, taters, onion rings(just one). Oh and toast. And gravy. Really nice employees on Padre Island TX. Thanks!

Went here and ordered 2 corn dogs and a burger and some tots. First of all, my order was dang near thrown at us by the worker .He barely handed it to us before he walked off ,and then didn't even ask us if we need the normal stuff that goes with our items. Then had the nerve to have a bad attitude when we went inside to ask for the things we needed. The red flags were all there.Our food was cold ,it was stale ,and disgusting! It was like it had been sitting out for hours. Unfortunately I was too far down the road before I realized it how bad it was. If I could have I would yanked my money back and my tip. Management your staff is seriously hurting your service.
