Ondanks dat we broodjes minder lekker vonden (niet super vers, de groenten waren zo’n beetje op en de komkommer was bruin), willen we 10 sterren geven aan de harde werkende medewerkers. Wat een toppers! Super aardig, de kids kregen zelfs een zakje chips. Ze maakten een praatje en hadden plezier. Dank voor deze fijne ervaring, mannen! Ondanks de mindere broodjes, waren jullie top!??

I used to be the manager of this location for three years until the end of this past December and thats when I had my new baby, I apologize for anything that’s been going on since. In October they had new ownership and when I left they decided to take the store in a different direction, the new management that they put in place has since ran off all of my good hard-working employees who really cared about the product that they were giving customers. Now I get customers contacting me and letting me know that the vegetables here no longer are fresh looking. The bread is rough and days old and that their hot soup and meatballs are being allowed to stay far past their four hour time limit. It seems to me that the new ownership only cares about saving every dollar wherever it can. I went back to work and I’m at the Boathouse mon-fri 10am-4:30 if you wanna come see me there?❤️ ⚓️?️?⛵️⛴️

It has gone down hill with new ownership. The sign says freshly sliced vegetables and they looked like they had been sitting there for days. Not very clean either.

We've been here many times but things have changed. No more coupons excepted, and no military discount was given. Sandwiches were OK. Just disappointed they aren't offering anymore discounts.

Last time I tried the sweet onion teriyaki for the first time and it was terrible. Couldn't finish itStopped taking coupons, so who's going to pay $12 for a half stale sub. Only went out of the convenience and cost. The bread might be baked fresh there, but the ingredients are not the freshest. Spinach is always limp, lunch meat was always borderline. What's up with the 4 half slices of cheese for an entire foot long sandwich?I grew up on subs and cheese steaks. Spend a lot of time in the backroom of a subshop my mother worked at while I was a kid. For $6 each maybe, but 10-12, fogettaboutit.

I recently went into this location and thoroughly enjoyed my food. What I did NOT enjoy was the poor attitude of the staff. They were not rude but snippy and curt with the customers and then talking trash about them after they walked out the door. I'm not going back.

The lady who works there has very poor customer service, cussing and complaining about people having a list of items to put on their sandwich (for delivery) ... Umm it's a sandwich shop. Why get mad about making a sandwich? The constant negativity is a real let down. A little bit of kindness goes a long way...

I tried this place after years of not eating there and it's still a disappointment. Is it even possible to mess up on a simple sandwich? Yes. The service was good, and the atmosphere? It's Subway. I didn't expect atmosphere.

My expectations in terms of experience are pretty even from subway to subway, it’s a franchise. What makes the island stand out is the quality of the people working there. They’re genuinely nice. They know how to communicate. They’re patient and professionally offer competent small suggestions at critical moments in the assembly process which successfully elevated my sandwich far past the expectation. Those two young men working the evening weekday shift deserve a raise. Well done gentleman

It takes a lot for me to do a review. This subway is poorly managed. The owner should really step up and show they care about their store. Hours constantly changing, store is closed randomly, questionable employees. Don't be surprised if you are wanting subway there is a good chance a sign on the door will read……”sorry we closed early Management.”I have been to this subway 30+times. Over half have been 1-2.5 star worthy reviews.
