This store is the worst. I received no greeting from cashier as she just continued to wipe her station. I received no look of acknowledgment and had to wait for my receipt as she continued to wipe belt. Julia M is the worst partner I have ever come across! No stars from me!

This newer and larger location has been around for quite some time; however, I have only now visited this particular H-E-B. Think Mom has been in here a number of times. Since we were in Cuero at the Walmart down the street, we stopped in for a couple of items that Walmart didn't have. The store was beautiful, clean, and very well laid out. Maybe we should have stopped in here first. Anyway, we both found what we were looking for at prices comparable to other big box retailers. The service at the check out was quick and painless as well. The cherry on the cake was grabbing corn dog samples on the way to the check out area. It hit the spot as I hadn't eaten lunch yet. Ha ha! Don't miss out on this incredible H-E-B.

The store is a typical smaller HEB and it's very clean as are all HEB's the biggest issue at this store is the checkout aisles . Every time I go there there no more than two open and the lines are long and no management seam to notice! I would recommend some self service checkouts for the smaller shops this would help with the lack of checkout staff.

Dextrose Heaven! All of the best deli items have been replaced with sugar filled salami, ham and other lunch meat items! The front beverage cases are filled with great sugary drinks and one isle is dedicated to sugar filled cookies! Really, a true TrailerPark HEB!!! Finally, a store that caters to the oversized customer?

I mean.... I guess if when you order a pink cake for your daughter's birthday, and you really, secretly meant blue, despite what you filled out on the order sheet, then yeah.... this would be acceptable... but it's not even close... so, it was terrible... this bakery failed entirely.. I guess that's what you get when you trust someone to be able to read a printed order sheet and fulfill the order correctly...

Great store but don't get gas at their gas station! Nothing wrong with my car before getting gas there. Called and they took my info and had some from SA call me back and she was rude. Never again! Big issues with my car from getting bad gas.

Here Everything's Better! This is probably one nicest HEBs I've been to in a while! This place is big- it's got aisle after aisle of great prices, locally produced produce and other foods. I was really impressed at how nice this store is- it's clean, with lots of checkout aisles, and had a great selection. I was a bit disappointed that there was no butcher counter at such a beef-loving town. But they had a butcher, and enough produce to tide over any vegan. Their seafood department had me hooked! They had all kinds of fish and shrimp available. The clerks were nice, and got me checked out quickly. Parking was easy. They've got a simply giant lot out in front on a hard corner. My favorite thing about this store was that they have a giant turkey statue out front. Gobble Gobble, Gobblers!

Even during scary times, every HEB partner we encountered had a smile on their face. I know they are working long hours, and are spending lots of time away from their loved ones! Thank you, HEB!

Since there is no option to message you all, (other than calling corporate/calling store ) , which if I don't get any acknowledgment of this being read I will, I'm posting here . Today I was at your location on central boulevard in Brownsville, Texas and witnessed what appears to be the manager (younger lady in goldish shirt/ no nametag/ curly hair - 5pm today), making a spectacle of the HEB brand by talking down to employees, making it public and a downright spectacle . This including sighing , rolling eyes , answering to the poor employees in yellow shirts sarcastically and responding "tell him to get his a** over here " when a poor employee was answering one of her questions . This was WAY audible , NOT discreet and uncomfortable for me as a customer and as a former employee . On that note, while hired at HEB for almost 10 years , I was taught the value of being professional at all times . I can't even express how strictly that was instilled to the employees . Being employed at "Brown 3 " myself, that work ethic carried in to any job i had after , (and career I have now ), because the Managers we had then - even when I worked there approximately 7 years ago, had integrity and pride for the company . I guess the old guards are gone and the new wave of mediocrity has taken over these manager positions. Now , this situation didn't affect ME directly , but it is sad that a company that I was a part of and TAUGHT me about pride and work ethic allows this to happen out in the open .
