We purchased a whole brisket. It was delicious, juicy, and has a great bark. Worth every penny! We also purchased the scrumptious brisket fried rice, and delicious potatoe salad. Mr. Brooks and his staff provide exceptional customer service. He is genuinely a good man and good human.
I’m not even sure where to start on the all around amazing that is Brooks’ Place. When you pull into the parking lot, you’ll immediately smell that good bbq smell. All the food I’ve tried there is absolutely delicious. The brisket fried rice is unique and simply outstanding. The brisket has always been on point. The sausage is one of my absolute favorites.
