I brought my mom and brother for their Bday. The food was outstanding! I will difinetly be returning and recommending Edelweiss to everyone. The owner also came to talk to us he was so nice and great!
This place was very good. We came right at opening for dinner and were immediately seated and brought our drinks. I chose the Swiss Flight while my parents chose the beef tips in gravy and the pork schnitzel. To say we cleaned our plates is an understatement. My mom kept raving about how rich, creamy and flavorful the gravy that covered the beef tips was. My dad hardly said anything as he continued to eat his schnitzel, which meant it was good. The service and food at Edelweiss were both fantastic. Our waitress did a great job in helping us pick what to order, and the kitchen was willing to make substitutions. Next time I'll definitely need to try the Raclette.
