This is the second year in a row we’ve ordered a variety of mini cupcakes and a smash cake for our son’s birthday. He turned 2 this year, and SuzyBeez did not disappoint yet again! The mini cupcake flavors are always a hit! We ordered Mexican chocolate, carrot cake, almond, key lime, and lemon. Our smash cake was banana pudding flavor and the cake decor exceeded our expectations based on the inspiration pictures we sent. We will be ordering from SuzyBeez for all birthdays and special occasions!
Their customer service and communication is excellent as well. Even after losing power for several days due to Hurricane Beryl, they were able to fulfill our order and checked in consistently. We truly appreciate the quality service!
The cake was amazing just what we wanted for our boy’s first birthday. They communicated with me promptly especially after the hurricane! Suzybeez Bakery made our cake idea come to life. I love that they have a variety of flavors to choose from. The staff was so kind throughout the entire process. No crumb was left behind at the birthday party! First time coming to Suzybeez for a custom birthday cake, they went above and beyond my expectations. Staff is super friendly, was able to communicate over text for updates and delivered a beautiful cake. Definitely will come back again!
We recently ordered a birthday cake and not only did it match the picture we gave them of what we wanted and was beautifully done, but it also tasted delicious. Not to mention that in between us placing the order and the pickup day, our area had a hurricane and everyone was without power. Luckily, they worked very hard for us to have a cake ready when the power was restored. I will definitely be using them again.

This place needs to keep their website updated with correct days and hours of operations, especially for holidays. The phone system needs to be updated to at least have an answering machine or voicemail, whatever. People should not drive there to find out the biz is closed for the day. I wanted to be a new customer but the hassle is not worth it.
