Overall, very enjoyable experience. The staff was very polite and did a great job pacing the food. The atmosphere was hard to determine as it was a slow evening so we could not evaluate the noise level. The food was very good, especially the pizza. The entrees were proportioned well and hit the mark. Overall, a 4.5 on everything and if we're back in Dallas, we would try again.

Absolutely loved this place. I specifically want to mention Maria. She is the best hostess/planner. I reached out to her to plan my first work event. It was a last-minute decision, and she cane through and how!I explained her my needs, and she suggested great ideas, including food, sitting arrangements, and drinks. My team loved the who mixer event, and she helped me shine. We all loved the food, and their appetizer and pizzas were scrumptious. The whole ambiance was very modern and comfortable. This restaurant has an amazing happy hour menu and is very reasonable. I can not wait to go back and try out more food and drinks.Vegetarian options: Pizza , pasta, sides, salad.Dietary restrictions: All the pizzas are made without corn.
400 Gradi is a true Italian experience. My fiancé and I came here to celebrate getting engaged. Our wonderful server was Giorgio. Giorgio is knowledgeable and honest about food and wine selections. The owner Mr. Zee was a fantastic host as well and made our dining experience a very special moment. This establishment is authentic and the ideal place for a romantic date night. HIGHLY recommend getting the Pappardelle Ai Funghi and replacing the house made Pappardelle with their hand rolled gnocchi. The Gnocchi is like a pillow in your mouth! The pizza was also one of the best pizzas I’ve had since being in Italy. We will be back every trip we make to Dallas in the future.Thank you 400 Gradi!

Eat here often for lunch. Excellent pizzas and very reasonable prices. Service can be hit or miss. Sometimes everything is excellent, but often times the service is what ruins it, things like forgetting an order or not getting a waiter to come by after being seated for like 0-15 mins, etc. Either way, the Neapolitan pizzas are so good, that in my opinion are worth putting up with the inconsistent service.
I ordered the lobster risotto special, even though it was a bit more than I was planning to spend. I do not regret that decision. It was the best meal I've had in years. Perfection on a plate.Our group of five shared appetizers and I had a cheesecake for dessert, which were excellent... but, man, that risotto. Sublime.The service was excellent as well, I should add.I want more of the risotto.

A friend and I went for dinner, we ordered the crab cakes and they said they didn't have them. We ordered the shrimp dish under the appetizer they did not have that. So we then settled on one of their pizzas. The pizza came it was dripping wet and extremely soggy. I highly do not recommend.

We had an excellent meal. We really appreciated that the chef made a special accommodation to address an allergy concern. The alternative sauce was outstanding. The service was also outstanding .. timely, informative, super friendly. We had a great experience and will be back.

This restaurant was recommended by the concierge at The Fairmont. The service was great. The pizza made in one of the two pizza ovens was also really good. The calamari was ok, had a lot of greens with it and was slightly overcooked. But it did have good flavor. I will say that most people ordered pasta and raved about it. So next time it's the pasta for us!
