After waiting 27 minutes when i was told it would be 15 minutes.there was a customer that walked in at least 5 minutes after i did and got their food before me. I then told the cashier that i would like a refund and he started moving things out of the way as if he wanted to fight me. He then proceeded to ask me " what am.i supposed to do with this food?" then told me " if you want a refund you need to put in a claim." So i asked him " why are you mad because i waited 30 minutes for my food?" He said " i have time for whatever you want to do and followed me to the door as if he was going to attempt to fight me.

Ordered a pizza at this establishment on Saturday after leaving the Round Up (a popular gay bar a few doors down). I had a couple drinks but by no means was I drunk or blacked out. I remember everything. I ordered a pizza that I never received and have a $16 charge on my card for it. Spent possibly 2 minutes interacting with the man at the counter while his son or another young adult sat behind him watching. Told them I was going to go smoke while I waited and came back maybe 15 minutes later. I politely asked with a smile "hi, how much longer do you think it will be for the pizza?" and to my surprise, the man comes, flips up the counter, and shouts "I'M SO F****** DONE WITH YOU" while charging at me. He pushed me out the door, kicks me in the stomach, and against a black Toyota parked in front. At this point my phone goes flying, I briefly black out from the shock of what just happened, look for my phone and wallet, and walk away as fast as possible in fear this person might have a weapon. Meanwhile two African American girls witness the incident and proceed to walk in the restaurant. If you own an establishment or work at one in an area surrounded by gay bars, I can assure you whatever minimal interaction you had with me would be nothing compared to what you would experience on a busier night in that area. I walked to a nearby, busy Mexican restaurant to ask for help as my phone was shattered and could not call out at all. They provided me with first aid and family members of the owner took me home. By any means, avoid this establishment. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE LGBTQ+, have had any drinks, or are alone. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The cops were called and never came. I am currently pursuing further legal action so that this never happens again. If you read other reviews, this establishment has a history of being aggressive, combative, and inappropriate. No matter what, any type of physical harm towards another human is unnecessary. It has taken a few days and therapy for me to process what has happened but I will be at peace as long as this person / business is stopped.

After dropping $40+ on a "pizza" (worst flat bread I ever had.), When I ordered pizza you think you would have been told it's flat bread, but no, he needs the sale. I ordered beef toasted ravioli (I got cheese ravioli, half deep fried, I'm sure he saved on food cost but giving cheese) and a chicken parmesan sandwich where the wife could not eat the fries because there was so much salt or an attempt at Cajun seasoning. Horrible, horrible food. Customer service skill rate is non existent when you call back and complain.Never again, almost makes me want to sit outside his door to warn potential customers not to order.

Ordered a pizza on June 24th. Paid in full and still have not received it. It is now July 4th. Tried calling and no answerUpdate: Restaurant has responded and has refunded my purchase so thank you for that. I still plan on purchasing from here in the future. 5 stars for responding.

i hate giving negative reviews but this is the blandest pizza I've ever ate. barely any sauce or cheese. i thought the sausage was gonna make up for it because it had so much but it probably was cheap sausage or it was freezer burnt, i couldn't even taste it. i thought it looked so good but from the smell, i could tell it wasn't gonna be good. i literally only tasted crust and that barely had a flavor either.

Delivery service was quick and professional.Food was so delicious! They aren't just PIZZA, the pasta was delicious as well as the chilled salad!

I work at a bank near downtown Dallas on the 3rd shift so my lunch hour is at 3:00AM, my wonderful husband called this place at 11:00PM to have my ordered delivered at 3:00AM. I’m standing outside until 3:16 I stepped inside my building to warm up I see the yellow car drive by without stopping. I immediately started calling the store, but no-one picked up the call until 3:21am I explained to him that I was waiting but it got really cold so I stepped inside to warm up. My building is All glass so I saw the car roll by without stopping. So I asked the manager to please have the driver return with my food. The store is 4 minutes away from me, he refused so now he has my food and he kept the payment of $30. I was so upset I had to leave work early. What a horrible way to treat customers. I’m trying to find their corporate office number now. SHAME IN YOU!!!
