The coffee here tastes nothing like the Addison location. I ordered the pancakes and they come with syrup in a ramekin cup 1/3 full. Seriously? I ordered additional syrup, but the syrup that was brought to me after was different from the one that comes with the pancakes. The coffee was a big let down.

Service was quick and prompt. I was greeted and helped instantly when I walked in. I ordered a matcha latte and it was in my hands within 2 minutes. Just for my asian people the matcha latte's here in dallas are not as sweet as most asian places make it, which I like because I do not like my drinks sweet.The ambiance is amazing but the clientele they have here makes the average joe feel out of place. From other reviews it seems like this place is elitist and caters to the rich only but I did not feel that way, and I was dressed in sweats and a sweatshirt.

It was a busy day so maybe an off day but service was slow and not very attentive. They were also out of chocolate chip cookies but the croissant was yummy so I’ll let that go. My main course was a lovely tomato basil soup that hit just the right spot paired with my tropical tea.

This is a great place for meeting people for coffee to discuss business. Both the food (every dish I have tried!) and drinks are very good. The only "improvement" item is service -- the team is very polite and kind, but generally slowly to come back and/or originally take your order. But, overall, I think this is a great place to grab coffee and have a meeting outside of the office.

Liked the ambiance and the mocha cappuccino. Definitely pleasant with the weather for sure. Had the chicken and soup, the sandwich was good, but the soup unfortunately was warm, no biggie, but was still good.Make sure you get your servers name, the service wasn't bad, but did take a minute when we needed something lol.

Extremely kind, diligent, and courteous staff. Food is unique and consistent. Great atmosphere quite literally feels like the quintessential cozy coffee house. Had the pleasure of meeting the manager Lauren to remark on how impressive the establishment is... and after communicating its clear why they are overflowing with exceptionalism. 10 out 10 see you next time.
