Walking into this place it’s old lol and I’m not knocking them for that a&w isn’t around much in my area so it’s great to see it still going. Woman at the counter was awesome she even come over to confirm my order was right. I also herd her telling the cook I want one all the way why is this like this guuurl get them for me. This visit was okay. Placed an online order, but it wasn't ready at the time indicated. One of the items was unavailable, but was replaced with suitable substitute once I arrived. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive my order. I should have checked it before leaving because one of the platters was missing both of the sides that we ordered. The food we did receive was okay; however, the fish and chicken were slightly on the salty side.

This location has a lot of issues with maintenance and service. This last time I waited at the drivethru window (which has 4-5 different speakers for some reason) for several minutes without any answer, the car in front of me did the same thing, I think. I decided to go inside, the young man at the counter was cheery and helpful but seemed very new.While I waited for my meal I saw a few more people drive through the drivethru without stopping at the window.
