Bar tender was rude was there for 35 min. With no one helping us. Forgot our drinks and food..... yelled out the tab for everyone to hear, counts my change out loud and waits for the tip..... extremely rude.

My friends and I decided to stop in for some drinks and a quick lunch. We sat at the bar, and placed our order. Upon arrival of our drinks, the bartender today, delivered the wrong drinks. We politely asked her if we could get what we ordered and was met with a horrible attitude stating “you said pineapple if you said the other then I would’ve made that.” The rest of our meal was followed by the same attitude with her even talking poorly to another set of customers that merely asked was outdoor seating. She also was on the phone with somebody the entire time she was behind the bar, talking about other customers. The poor attitude really changed my desire to eat at this establishment anytime soon.

Came in the middle of the afternoon and there was almost no one sitting at the bar, when we asked if we could sit there we got declined for not being 21. Instead we were told to get a table and after 10 minutes we still had no waiter come up to us. We weren’t the only ones leaving this establishment after getting no service. This is unacceptable!

Bartender was unfriendly, we weren’t greeted for a long time. When we finally ordered drinks bartender said nothing about many of the menu items being unavailable after 10 pm. Continually passed by without checking on us, forgot to bring items. Bar was not even busy at 11-12 while we were there just seemed like bartender could not care less. Really ruined the atmosphere and the experience.

I would say that this is My favorite bar. It's close to my ?. The service it's always outstanding. One thing I would suggest is to work on the smores martini. Make sure to have the recipe like cream and stuff. If I go to a restaurant and it's on the drink menu; I'm going to expect it everytime. The manager IS VERY KIND.

Not sure about the food or the service all I know is that when got there I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and found a huge in the sink so if it was in there I'm petty sure they are in other areas also

They were out of every beer on the menu that we tried to order. It took forever to get our server’s attention because (according to an employee) four out of five servers just failed to show up to work. The patio was inexplicably closed even though the weather was gorgeous outside. And the place looks like a glorified Applebee’s. But other than that, everything was great!

Slowest service in the history of mankind. Been here a dozen times the past 3 months (right by my office) and the service is truly horrendous.
I haven’t been waiting long but I grabbed a table before this couple did and they were serviced right away. It’s been five minutes and I’ve made eye contact with two servers & the brunette lady bar tender. I wanted to grab some of their amazing pasta but I have yet to be acknowledged. Interesting. I use to love coming to this location when Paige worked here but I highly doubt I’ll be coming back. I walked over to the bar and spoke with Julian the male bar tender and he apologized for my experience. He proceeded to take care of me right away. Thank you Julian.

I’m from Houston and love Bar Louie. I’m in town for work and was excited to see one out here. Ray, the bartender, was awesome. There was a lunch rush and I observed that he had a lot on his plate. And the man cooking was amazing too! They were both alone in their jobs and handled business best way possible. I got my food and drink fast and they were both delicious. Thanks guys!

FRIDAY NIGHTS THE PLACE TO BE =Let me say the service and food was impeccable! Very nice place! While eating, around 8 pm, the atmophere turns into a DJ and dance floor. DJ was all that.. I danced all night! My first time and not my LAST!!! I'll be back!!!Parking: Plenty of parking

I’m in town on business. I thought I’d stop by for some food and drinks and watch the Championship game.Surprisingly the place is practically empty. I ask for a beer that’s clearly on the menu and on tap but the bartender says it’s not available. He says the list of beers are for all locations except this one. I ask for a different one then he notices the original one I asked for is RIGHT NEXT TO IT.The bartender is slow, and doesn’t once ask if I need another drink. I had to keep waving for his attention. I get my food and ask for extra napkins. He says, one is all he’s got with the worse attitude. The food was mediocre. There are three other little Women also working and I mean little as in short and young. He has them carrying big buckets of ice for him. Why is a grown Man making Women fetch heavy buckets of ice? It’s not like the place is packed and he has no time. I’ll be back on business next month but I probably won’t be back at this location.
