This place almost ruined my birthday. I ordered an ice cream birthday cake from the BR website 48 hours in advance, but when I showed up at the scheduled time to pick it up, I was told they hadn't even made it! The only female staff in the store had no clue about anything! After the manager made a call, they refunded me, but it was in cash—she wouldn't even let the money go back to my bank account. I wasted nearly half an hour at this store. While I was there, I even saw cockroaches under the counter. Absolutely disgusting place, never coming back.

I think the changed tge recipe. I looked it up on google because I used to get baskin robbins all the time but now it taste horribly cheap. Apparently they're using more gums. Xanthan gum & etc. The text wasn't even like ice cream more so like a whipped topping/ marshmallow cream.

What I ordered vs. what I got lol. Not at all what I had in mind when I placed the order. It looks like a big muffin or a loaf of bread with icing that a child put together. If I wanted a cake that looked like this, I would’ve taken my 5yo nephew up on his offer to do it. This HAS to be a joke. Is this my punishment for Michael Jackson and Bill Cobbs dying on my birthday?

What hi have a problem with is they can text me every hours with specials but can’t text me to say my order is not gonna be ready to save me the time and the drive

I should have paid more attention to the reviews. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The cake we picked up was terrible, and looked nothing like the picture. They didn't even bother to write the birthday message. Furthermore, there was a hair on it. I was better off making the cake myself. I ended up having to purchase cake gel to write the message. The circular cake was what was advertised. Stop advertising what you cannot deliver. I learned my lesson and will not be back here.

Customer service was terrible. We were literally ordering like normal and he was giving us attitude from the start. We told him we weren’t ready and he told us to take our time, not even a minute later he asks us if we’re ready basically rushing us and then we ask what flavors of ice cream they have and instead of telling us he says we have to come inside. He offered to list some off and to make it easier for him we just said we would ask about a specific flavor and he could tell us if they had it. We asked about chocolate chip cookie dough and he said “yeah we have it but i have to walk to the back to get it.” making it seem like we were inconveniencing him by ordering it. his tone was also very rude the whole time, he had an attitude with us from the very beginning. Then when we pulled up to the window, the girl told us to pull forward even though there was no one behind us, we took a second to look at our receipt and then not even 30 secs later, the guy from before comes to the window and tells us to move forward? it was so confrontational for no reason and he started arguing with us, telling us that WE were the ones being disrespectful. i was telling him that i’ve worked lots of different retail jobs and would have never treated customers the way he was treating us. after reading the reviews now it all makes sense. their customer service is known to be bad. his name was austin btw. he told us that he has lots of good reviews from customers and is always very respectful but i haven’t seen any reviews about him so i think he was lying just to prove us wrong.

"Because it's going to take a long time" he says. No car behind me still... I didn't understand why I had to move. Why couldn't I just wait there where I could see them? We went back and forth with how rude he was to us. He told us there was a timer for the customer, we needed to order in a certain amount of time. Incorrect, the staff is timed, not the customer. He was just extremely rude. Overall, horrible customer service. His name is Austin and he swore to us that he had great reviews. Lies.Do not go there. You will not get the customer service you deserve. If you order ice cream that is in the back, watch out, you're making them take a few extra steps.

The worst customer service , I wish Google can change the review Starting with minus starts , Very bad experience I tried to contact the headquarter but They respond to my email with the phone number of the owners to contact.I asked one of the staff why the prize you charge me different than the display behind you showing a different price , His excuse that’s an old panel price list.After that, he didn’t like what I’m saying, and he left me for another person to help me out.That was a very bad customer service happens back in August 2023 with the case #12009451 .I hope my message would be delivered to the owners Or management of that location.

This place is rubbish, the people who serve are not helpful, they take a long time to serve you and then they don't have what you need, it's a Dunkin donuts that sells hot coffee and doesn't have any and then you're talking to them and they don't pay attention to you, they're two stupid brunettes otherwise They want to work, it is better that they stay at home, there are many people who, if they want to work, I do not recommend this place.
