Great side, but the chicken was dry. Ask for fresh if getting it to go.

Love the pot pie, filled w yummy chicken!

The food is always fresh and the drink machine has over 200 drink choices. The meatloaf inspires me to explore the menu, but my wife lives by the ribs and macaroni/cheese.

It’s now crystal clear why Boston Markets across the nation are closing their doors! If I could provide a negative review I would. In today’s market place, it’s a true lack of respect for customers time as well as zero concern for ones reputation to list inaccurate hours of operation. These hours are not only displayed online but, next to the door as well. I am assuming their hours are inaccurate as no intelligent corporate entity which TRUELY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS DINNER NEEDS would close early without displaying some apologetic statement upon the door. When creating inconveniences for individuals of value SUCCESSFUL ORGANIZATIONS typically ensure they do everything necessary to minimize their inconvenience. As I am sure Boston Market has a computer, printer as well as an abundance of paper along with plenty of writing utensils they surely would have taken the time to make sure they displayed a note to their loyal customers apologizing for the inconvenience. This statement would definitely provide some further information shedding light onto the reasons for premature closure. Boston market surely knows there aren’t an abundance of stores throughout the DFW and some customers probably drive 30 mins or more to dine at their fine establishments as they are so few they must have re-designed their business strategies with the thinking of less is more. Good thing I agree with these strategies after my wasted evening and I agree less Boston Market will ensure less late night dinners missed. Less Boston Market meaning more time to be productive by eating at local establishments instead of driving out of my weigh to dine at a place which doesn’t value my business as much as I VALUED (PLEASE NOTE VALUE IS PADT TENSE AS THIS WILL BE MY LAST TRIP EVER TO BOSTON MARKET) their food! Less Boston Market means more time I am spending on google maps leaving reviews!

I was happy to see them open but their quality of food has changed.the cilantro rice was too peppered.

Do not eat the Prime Rib from here! When I got home to eat it look like it was two days old, a bit chewy, and it was half fat half meat. The mashed potatoes and cream spinach were good as usual But the cornbread was cold in the middle. Definitely not worth The $23 I spent SMH!

Went there and nobody in the front to wait on me. Then after being there 2 ladies from the back come out to say we have no sides and rude they were so rude..

Was so stoked to see BM had new late-night hours, as I work nights as a server and now there's another option for late-night food! But that happiness was dashed when I went in late Weds and was treated like an unwelcome intruder. She was so cold to me it made my head hurt. Call me crazy, but I think food industry workers should be nice to their customers. It's esp hard for me bc I'm a server, and I shower MY customers with love. Of course, if I treated them like this I wouldn't make a living. I know BM is not fine dining; I just expect basic civility. I have to cross this late-night option off my list now. What a shame.

Very poor service at recent visit. Staff acted as if they could not care less about customers. Food quality has slipped also.

We come there aleast three times a week. Last night was the worst experience we can tell the difference to this location and hwy75 location is more organized and practice safety in times of pandemic. First the food looked terrible on the line. The staff was all over the place. Cashier had no gloves oh handling money in one hand and dripping food with other hand. The store hand no coin change. Both manager was in lobby talking . The restaurant was extremely business. Wont be visiting this location again

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered the thanksgiving meal for $100. It took forever to pick it up. Some disrespectful kid in the back of a truck outside throwing the things into a box. You have to pick it up outside like youre in a food line for the needy. There is no way this food is worth $100. Never again.
