This gelato shop was a bit out there in the urban sprawl, but it seemed like the best dessert option in town so I gave it a go. When you're offering a "better than Nutella" menu option, you've set the bar pretty high, but their hazelnut-laced creation indeed delivered a nuanced flavor in the brief time it lasted before I destroyed it. They had some nice-looking cakes as well, and while it was a dairy and egg heavy place, the sorbet options looked quality as well. There was a bit of outdoor seating available for the local canine owners, or just for anyone who enjoys an ice cream on a pleasant evening.

I love this place! Their gelato is so tasty. It's always busy when I go which is a great sign the hot fudge sundae is so delicious - the fudge is amazing. They have a variety of flavors that switch out so it's fun to try them all. Definitely give it a try!

The best gelato place ! All the flavors are so good. The new mini cakes are prefect too we have wanted to try them but we do NOT need to buy a big cake so these are amazing. If I could give the service 10 stars I would, we had an incident where our medium container was not filled all the way and the owner totally took care of us. The BEST customer SERVICE ever.

Downtown Dallas for dinner with my wife and daughter and had a hankering for some ice cream - enter Botolino! I'm not sure you can make a wrong decision - we each had something different and they were all DELICIOUS. Try some different flavors - you'll find them rich and unique. Oh, and to finish everything off on a cold evening - go ahead with the hot chocolate - very rich and creamy.

Went here because my sister was craving gelato. The staff mentioned sampling which we did. The majority of customers that were there were stuck up as they had cut in front us whom also got mad when we did the same back. Checking out, we had wanted a pastry and my mom had asked for the dessert to be for there but in a to go container. The girl looked at her like she was stupid and proceeded to package it wrong. My sister then ordered another pastry to go in which the girl said “this has to eaten straight away or put in the freezer within 30 minutes” with an attitude like she didn’t want to sell it. When she had left to get it the other girl looked mad that we had ordered something that she had to go back and get. All in all do not recommend as we were not even greeted in or out of the shop.
