Just bought a 2 pc fish basket for 10 bucks and had to pill the shell open and get what little sway I could salvage. The fries were cold but the hush puppy fries were good. I don't know if Floyd knows how bad the service and food is but hurry up and make some corrections or close down.

Although the tarter sauce was good the catfish is a no go, definitely either fried too long or old grease. Fries were definitely not delicious because of this as well I pretty muched dipped my bread in tarter sauce ate what meat that was there amd drank my RED KOOLAID... WHIch I saved for last to save TOTAL LOST OF 14 DOLLARS. And to be honest I read the bad reviews beforehand ?

Disappointed! $30 for SWAI fish when they use to have real catfish filets now it’s hard rubbery swai fish! Definitely should be listed on the menu as such, a waste of money. We asked for extra tartar sauce and paid for it but it was not put in the bag.

As always, I'm never disappointed. The fish was fresh and seasoned very well. The Talipia 3 piece was enough for 2 of us to share, the pieces were huge. Prices were fare for what you got.Parking: It's a little tight but it's not their fault. It's worth it.

Extremely disappointed! SWAI FISH!!! Do not GO!! We were in the area and craving catfish, so decided to go back to this establishment that we grew up on. REGRETFULLY!We ordered a 5 piece catfish fillet and RED FLAG ( it took 2 minutes to get our food)That alone lets us know it wasn’t fresh. If your fish come out that fast, you know it’s been sitting out for a minute. Fries were hard, and hush puppies TRASH!First bite the meat was CHEWY and I knew instantly it WASN’T CATFISH! What a waste of time ! SWAIFISH FLOYDS. WE WILL NOT RETURN!!.

We have been patronizing Catfish Floyd for years. However, somewhere between our last visit (which has been a minute) and this one today, it's not that good catfish. It's now swai for the same cost. I know you all can do us better than that, or at least advertise it as such.....Swaifish Floyd's.I wanted to say one more thing, that tartar sauce is still good as all get out.

Welp, I used to love CF. But, they have fallen off tremendously. I should've read the reviews. The fish was horrible and the fries had a certain "spice/kick" that my taste buds had not been used to since returning. They tried it, but they need to try again just a couple more times because what happened?!! I'm rooting for y'all to make a comeback though.?PS. The tarter sauce still ?? though, bottle that and sell it.

I deliberately drove from Mansfield to get what I thought was real catfish!!! I realize the fish is rubbery and hard to chew! The fish don’t fall like real catfish. I called to clarify what I ordered because the menu stated catfish filets! I asked was I sold swai!! Yes I was!! Well I was headed to work and running late. I was told to keep the food and bring back on Tuesday since they are closed on Sunday and Monda!! I just took a u-turn and dropped that fake fish back off!!! Never will I come back!!!
