Notice the person using the same gloves to handle cash at the register also prep online orders(touching cheese and lettuce) I have an eye fur noticing stuff like this. I’d recommend standing in line to get your meal, always clean never cross contamination.

This place needs an adult. The website says they close at 10, walked in at 8:30 and they’re ‘out’ of greens and were unwilling to use the to-go salad because they were prioritizing potential online orders over customers standing in front of them and were unwilling to chop more.Not sure where management is, but pretty poor customer service in all.Ended up going down the street to Cava, they have greens.
There was no one in the restaurant and the staff rushed me through the line not giving any attention to what I asked for. I asked for extra rice and light beans, and ended up with a bowl with a contents that was 90% beans. The rice ended up being crunchy, the “fresh tomato salsa” was a gray/brown, and there was no cheese. Really poor experience all around.

Went around 7:30PM last night. I have never received such small portions before. I was still hungry afterwards. My girlfriend is now sick since eating their food. Workers seemed to have no idea what was going on or what they were doing. This is probably a bit too picky but why are the bags of chips almost on the floor? That’s gross.

Staff here is straight up incompetent, sorry. I’ve come here so many times, same results every time. Just a bunch of high school/college age kids who either haven’t been trained, or just don’t care. If you show up after 8:30pm, they’ll be out of something I guarantee it. 50/50 shot you’ll get stale tortilla chips, and Fajita veggies look like they haven’t even touched a cooking surface most nights. Staff seems bothered to be asked for anything. Can’t blame it on the high school kids making minimum wage. Management needs to do better
