I recieved horrible service at this chipotle. I stopped by on my break as I usually do to get 1 taco. I never had any issues until today where I was charged for a whole bowl but only recieved 1 taco. I had 1 tortilla with extra rice and regular taco toppings and was charged for a bowl because it "Looked too full" I didn't make my bowl?! So that's why I'm leaving 1 star. I wanted to dine in but they seemed to be closing early. So I took my food to go.

Just read thru the reviews for this location. It has gone steeply downhill for awhile now. Usually they are short staffed, they have maybe 2 people in front working, and they may have 4 or 5 people in line, 2 or 3 delivery people waiting to pickup. This last Friday I was there at 8:45pm. Only 1 or 2 people at front, I asked for barbacoa bowl, there was barely any in the serving tray, not really enough for a whole serving. Was told that's all you get. Nearly out of pico, Coen relish, and TOTALLY out of the medium hot sauce. I asked if they had more, and was told, no they were out. That was 2 hours before closing. I said I didn't even want the bowl with no hot sauce and not enough meat either. Guacamole was almost gone too. Counter was very messy, employees are not very happy to serve people, and they aren't being trained very well. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have come here, where they are low on food and there are not enough staff to handle the volume. You need a district manager to go into this location and do some serious training. The manager of this store needs to wake up. Have being loving Chipotle since they started in Dallas, this is one of the poorest run locations I've ever seen. District managers are you listening???? Something needs to change here. Not up to Chipotle standards at all. I actually walked out without food, and part of that was the attitude of these employees. I think some of them are really good, but they are spread too thin and get an attitude because they're not being supported by management. Is anyone listening.

The employees were nice and helpful. The restaurant had a spill on the floor where the ordering line was at and it was sticky, so that was inconvenient. They at least had a caution wet sign. The tables were mostly dirty and not clean. As far as the food, the portions were good but my tortillas were tough to bite.Parking: A good number of spots available next to the building!

EVERY TIME I come here they tell me they’re out of half of the ingredients hourrsss before closing but the employees are standing around talking not doing anything when they could be doing their job & making what “they dont have”.

I think it’s very rude and disrespectful to the American people that so many restaurants are making Spanish the normal language. This is America ?? and the language of this land is English. You can’t assume someone speaks Spanish and this is not Mexico ??. Stop assuming someone speaks Spanish and speak the language of this country when operating a business. This is horrible service

ALWAYS the best in ALL areas. My go-to for comfort food. The fresh ingredients are the main draw. I usually get the chicken for my protein, but did a 50/50 of chicken ans steak. My new favorite!

Employees are rude and portions are next to none (super super super stingy location, honestly disgusting). Just paid nearly $20 to have a decent amount of rice on my vegetarian bowl. There is no protein on the bowl and they still stressed me over and charge you for a proper amount of rice. Super saddening. I just paid $20 for rice, I feel taken advantage of on a whole new level. And the employees are terribly rude even when it’s not busy.

This is the worst chipotle branch ever ordered. I ordered 2 bowls with keto diet on mind. They did “NOT” give me queso blanco which costs 4,4$ extra for 2 bowls and along with that they messed up my order by putting no cheese at all.Please refrain from ordering here.

Worst Chipotle ever. They were out of CHEESE. How is that even possible? Also, I’m here now, it’s not even 10pm, they don’t close for another hour, but all the chairs are put up on the table and one of the employees is breaking down the sauces, flatware, etc. by the drinks and putting everything away. The clearly aren’t intending to stay open til 11.

I was very disappointed in our food last night. When we went to pick it up, the dining area was full of messy tables, the serving line was unclean, there were dirty pans piled up, and many people waiting for their online orders. Our food was 20 minutes late. When we got home, the rice was not cooked and was hard. The chicken was dry and the corn salsa was not prepared correctly. The chips were stale. Chipotle is my go to place and now I am questioning rather to go again.
