It's sad to see one of your favorite places go so far downhill. I've been coming to this location for probably 15 years. Had to wonder around to find the hostess, then ordered drinks and appetizers, just got water, no drinks. Our waitress wondered around like she was lost. Had several hairs in my food when it arrived. They replaced it, no one came to check on us, had to waive down the waitress to get our boxes and the check, luckily I could pay from my phone so I didn't have to wait for her again. I hope other locations aren't this mismanaged.

New to Dallas. Friends brought me here. Jennifer was an absolute delight. When I asked about the jalapeño ranch sauce that came with the chips, it was evident this was my first experience here. She rolled out the red carpet with sauce, drink, and food recs.Jennifer made this experience.

Classic Dallas Tex-Mex. Huge portions, more than enough to share. The unlimited chips are thin and crispy served with garden fresh salsa. You can order queso plain or fully loaded with meat and sourcream and guacamole. It's not fancy but it's addictive and so yummy. It's always reasonably priced but during happy hour, it's a don't miss deal. The signature Boom Boom sauce is not for the faint of heart but makes the enchiladas something extra special. Sit on the patio, or in one of the many dining areas or better yet, belly up to the bar for one of the nicest bartenders in town. The margaritas are generous and they come in a variety of flavors. Family night, date night, girls night, it doesn't matter. Chuys is perfect for all and very close proximity to many other fun places.
My service was great. Our waitress Kaylee was a sweetheart! But the food was the worst thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. I don’t understand why people think this place is so good but I’ve been to Chuy’s three different times now and all three different times I’ve been so disappointed, I could cry.The tres leches cake was the only thing that was on the menu. I will never return to this place. You want delicious Mexican food? Go to chilosos :)
