very rude experience, my whole family felt discriminated the minute we walked in , the girl lightskin manager was very judgy and unnecessary confrontational , we waited for 45 min to get a table , as soon as we got our table we had ordered drinks and 1 appetizer , im assuming she felt intimidated by us when she came up and took the drinks we ordered because we ordered too many at once and kicked us out , didn’t even get to get food , do not recommend this restaurant to anyone if you do not put up with bs.

this place scammed me and my friends. Charged $150 for NYE tickets, upon arrival the place was not letting anyone in due to it being at Max capacity.. how do you oversell tickets to an event? After waiting in line for nearly 3 hours, not getting in, we left. I have attempted numerous times to contact them for a refund of my tickets, with no responses. Trash establishment. .

Do NOT go to this bar! I went to concrete cowboy for an event on NYE, Wonderland hosted by i Events Group, and the event was NOT as advertised. Within an hour of the event starting, Fire Marshalls came and stopped the music/lights and evacuated half the bar to the outdoor patio. Our ticket included an open bar throughout the night, but after being evacuated outside, management would NOT let us in to utilize the open bar. I requested a partial refund and the organizer declined without even reading my request. You can see in the image they called me the wrong name (my name was all over the request) and gave a clearly copy/pasted answer. Do NOT give them your business!! Very sketchy management!

Do NOT go to this establishment!! I went here for a New Years event, Wonderland, hosted by i Group Events and it was NOT as advertised. Within an hour of the event, Fire Marshalls came and stopped the lights, music, and evacuated half the patrons to the patio due to overcrowding. Our tickets included an open bar but after being escorted to the patio, management would not let us back in to get drinks. We bought tickets for an open bar and then we're prohibited from utilizing that open bar. I tried to request a partial refund but was given a very clear copy and pasted answer from the organizer. Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Absolutely horrendous experience for NYE, friends and I all bought $150 tickets but was denied entrance along with other ticket holders, bouncers were rude, fire marshal showed up and kicked everyone out, and they continue to refuse to refund our tickets. Tamera was extremely rude to our party. We walked in and were harassed by a “worker” telling us to move out of the way and that she was trying to do her ‘job’. If you actively choose to have a job in the service industry, you should not be treating costumers that way. Rather, if you want to be a good human being, you should not be treating others that way in general. Very disappointed with that interaction.

The bouncers here are literally so rude , I was waiting In line to get in and it was cold out side and one of the male bouncers (Hispanic looking) started yelling at me because I kept asking if we could go in and then when I went to complain about the ILLEGAL stuff he was doing outside by letting someone cashapp him money to let their friends in he came inside and told me that I needed to leave and I tried to explain the situation of what happened and him and another bouncer (black man) came and KICKED me out.
