Guess you have to be a white male to get any service here. Definitely not a welcoming atmosphere for hispanic people. Please if your a minority, do not spend your hard earned money here! Service is horrible. Will not be coming back.

This place threw down the best oat milk latte I have ever had and I have been on a quest for the best. It is an hr from my place but worth it.

Honestly the best food Dallas has to offer. So good. 10/10…. I don’t even write reviews I just feel like anyone visiting Dallas should know this.

Stopped in by to try this coffee shop due to the 4.5 rating. Short of expectations, I ordered an oatmeal milk latte. The barista was either having a bad morning or just not friendly. When my beverage was ready, the other barista just pointed at my drink when I made eye contact. Oat milk steams the best but this was watered down and bland. The shot(s) of espresso was weak. A latte for $6.98 ? No thanks. This not a proper latte.

If you're a caffeine enthusiast like me, than Cultivar, and the Nitro Cold Brew is the crown jewel of their offerings. From the moment I took that first sip, I was transported to coffee paradise. The presentation alone is enough to make you snap a pic for your Instagram feed. The cascading, velvety swirl of coffee as it pours from the tap is pure artistry. And as for the taste? Exceptional. It's smooth, bold, and has just the right touch of sweetness. The nitrogen infusion takes the coffee experience to a whole new level. The ambiance at Cultivar is just as pleasing. It's a cozy space with a welcoming vibe, perfect for getting some work done. The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable about their coffee offerings. They were happy to answer my questions and make recommendations.

Apparently their coffee is good but avoid eating there unless you want hair (probably beard dropping) in your food. When I took my food back to the counter the only response from the bearded guy was "where's the hair?" Yuck!!!

The best coffee beans among the dfw roasters that I have tried. You can taste each flavor note mentioned on the label. The beans quality is consistent.

Not an ounce of love or affection given to these lattes… they line up all the espresso shots, let them get acidic and bitter, then pour them into the milk far after the shot is dead. Baristas operate on a purely efficiency basis, serving bitter lattes on a factory line. I found this to be unfortunate because Cultivar sources such great beans.

The actual coffee shop seating isn't too small but not that big either. They have two counters in which you order coffee and pay at first and if you want have food on another counter they make in house. I only got coffee but the food looked good. I got their seasonal lavender bee drink and my boyfriend got the iced mocha. Both had a good coffee taste but were not very sweet. A little pricey compared to other coffee shops in the area.

The service is great but goddamn…this is expensive! $7 for a small iced latte w/ alternative milk…all my hopes and dreams better come true after drinking this.Pigs better fly, gold better come out of my rear end, and I’d better be able to predict the future after drinking this excessively priced latte. After having a sip, the espresso tastes burnt. Absolutely not worth the price point, Cultivar.

Hidden Gem! You grab your coffee on one side and slide a couple feet and grab something eat. Coffee though looked pretty was Luke warm, hence my 4 stars. Staff was hip and cool on both sides.
