We have slowly become regulars here. Drinks, food and service are always great, and you can always find a table. My kiddo now asks to go to the ‘pretzel restaurant’ at least weekly. :)

Great neighborhood spot for German food and tons of rotating beers on tap. Kid friendly, we usually stop in for a pint after walking the Lake.

Hands down the best Rueben sandwich this side of a New York delicatessen. The meat was lean, the sauerkraut was fresh and just half of the sandwich filled me up. So glad I ventured out on my bike on this rainy evening. Well worth getting my clothes wet!

Excellent environment to enjoy SEVERAL unique draft beers and the food is the cherry on top.In town for the Cowboys game, but the beer is worth the 30 min drive from Arlington.Loved the CHEERS attitude!!!

This is one of my favorite places to drop in for a beer. 40 rotating taps, always something to try in a variety of flavors/types of beer. The bartenders are great people and fun to talk to. The place has the look and feel of a pub, with German beer-themed posters / art. The burger is one of my favorites in Dallas. I recommend subbing out the thousand island for the rooster sauce if you like a little heat.

If you feel like burgers, brats, and beer, this is the place to go. Old family recipe for the brats make for great brats. Also a nice choice of wines and fresh salad if bagged potato chips are not your favorite side.
Nice menu and beer selection. Would have loved to have actually ordered. Waited at bar and two people who came in after me went to the register and were served, so I assumed that was the protocol. Got in line there. Finally made it through the line and was ignored to wait on bar customers. :/ no one greeted anyone on arrival so was hard to tell what the system there was. Waited about 15 minutes without being spoken to at all. Understandable if it was packed, but it was not. Ambiance was good. Clean. Lots of wood. Not crowded at all.

Excellent variety of beer on tap available and I took full advantage of this for my first foray here by ordering a Pils and Hefeweizen. Both were domestically brewed...and both were good. I also ordered a Weisswurst (white sausage) which I think may be a Bavarian (Bayern) thing. Was the first one I've ever tried so I don't have any to compare to. It came on a wonderful pretzel (oder bretzel) roll (Brötchen) which was an amazing combo. Lead time for getting food is better than one would find in Germany, but you have to be a little patient by American time (unless you are from Tulsa...which I am). That was just fine for me as the food was worth the wait. In fact, when I think about food all I can think about is eating another one of their Weisswurst so I think I may either be addicted to them or haunted by them as it was so tasty (lecker). This may become a pilgrimage for me. Mein Pilgrimage für Weißwurst! I also had the dessert which was Apfelkuchen (apple cake). I'm so glad that I opted for that as well as it was heavenly. Ok, so klappe zu, affe tot!Vegetarian options: I think I saw a vegetarian sausage option...if that's you jams. I didn't try it though.Parking: Plenty of parking...easy to get there and back again.

The food is sooooo good here. The pretzels are to die for, and only 6 dollars. The best value is the large board for 25 and split with someone. Definetly recommend
